2* This is not a place to show off. I'm trying to have accurate statistics here. Please post BOTH your fails and your successes. Don't lie or try to make it seem like you've only had successes. I will ignore the data you provide if all you care about is showing off.
3* I don't want mixed data. GMO cow/lion meat/lion scrotum mixed with CRB is not welcome on this thread. It will mess everything up and make it look like CRB has a higher chance than it actually does.

I've been looking around LioDen, and found a few sheets studying CRB and how it works however most have been completely abandoned or simply have been using wrong math and inaccurate statistics. Some were a little more accurate but included a lot of confusing unnecessary data for my personal tastes.

FAQ/What we know

1. What is CRB ?
Cotton Root Bark is an oasis item.
It will cause your pregnant lioness to have a miscarriage, and lose her litter. This will allow her, the next time she breeds, to have an increased chance of mutated cubs.

2. Does using CRB several times on a lioness increase my chances for a mutation ?
No, cotton root barks do not stack on top of each other. Using CRB several times in a row on the same lioness is a waste and does nothing for you.

3. What do we know about CRB's effect on other mutation items ?
GMO cow + CRB = same mutation chance as if you just used the GMO cow. CRB can however trigger its capacity to make mutations rarer. That chance is very small.

4. What about its effect on the fertility of a lioness ?
Cotton Root Bark will override any fertility boost/debuff.

!! WARNING: when using CRB with any other mutation items, make sure you get the lioness pregnant, then use the cotton root bark all that before using the other mutation item.
If you use the other mutation item first, then get her pregnant, then use CRB, you will lose the effect that the item had on your lioness.

To sum it up:
Correct pattern: breed → CRB → other item → breed again.
