![]() For centuries wolves have inhabited the large land of Unnuar, so large that not even in all this centuries have the wolves come to inhabit all of its territories. But the known territories of Unnuar, a large, ancient pack calls their home. The Inuik pack has inhabited their lands for countless generations. Join the warrior pack and fight besides some of the most renowned wolves of Unnuar or form your own pack and make alliances, enemies and wage wars. Will you survive the wars of the packs? ![]() Inuik Pack is a semi-realistic, open wolf role-play. Anyone who wishes to sign-up will be more than welcome and we are new role-player friendly! If you are not so experienced but wish to join, do not hesitate in sending me a PM and I'll be more than happy to help. ![]() ~ Inuik Pack is a literate to semi-literate roleplay. There is a minimum of 5 lines per post, though more is highly encouraged. Our "ideal" length for posting would be anywhere around one good paragraph or two paragraphs. ~ Be active. As much as you can. Do not sign-up if you won't be here to role-play with us. ~ Be mature and respectful, both in and out of character. ~ Grammar, spelling and punctuation. Make good and proper use of them, to the best of your ability. ~ Bring action into the rp! Have fun! Inuik Pack is quite a sand-boxy RP, your characters can really change the course of events! ~ If you are posting an image know that only realistic wolves are accepted. ~ Though we are semi-realistic NOT all our wolves have powers! Actually, the only ones that do are the shamans. ~ Goddmodding and power-playing will not be tolerated. ~ You CAN form new packs. In order to do so, you will need to convince four other wolves to join you (at least two of them must NOT be yours) and conquer a new territory for yourselves. ~ All Lioden rules apply. ![]() ![]() The Alphas are the supreme leaders of the pack. They are the most dominant individuals and thus, must be shown the due respect. They make decisions, impose the rules and have the right to vanish any member of the pack. They are usually the most capable wolves. Though they have the power over the pack, the Alpha's also have the responsibility of taking care of the wolves under their lead. Their position can be challenged by any wolf. Know that winning a challenge against an Alpha is extremely difficult but not impossible. The Alpha will chose his successor, usually one of his children (though not necessarily), to replace him/her when they pass away. ~Current Alphas: Bjorn (played by Rocheneux #43822) ![]() The Bettas are the second-in-command. They are hand chosen by the Alphas and they will replace the Alphas should anything make them incapable of facing their duties. Bettas usually have very close bonds and are trusted deeply by the Alphas. ~Current Bettas: Wanheda (played by Legolas #81091) ~ Aurum (played by Midosaurus #54389). ![]() The Shamans are among the most valued members of the pack. They are constantly protected and guarded. The shamans, or seers as some call them, are the wolves that have been blessed by the goddess Killasumaq, the moon, and who interpret their will. Some of the most powerful shamans have even been known to possess some sort of premonition. They can also receive messages from the ancestors of the pack. Their role, besides acting as mediums with the spiritual world, is acting as counselors and spiritual guides. Many shamans have been known to be excellent match-makers. It is not rare for them to like meddling in the sentimental lives of their pack mates and discreetly guide them in the direction they think is right. 2 ranks available, must be +5 years old Current Shamans: Tragedy (played by Paws #39487) ~ Fengo Whisper (played by Littletiger14 #81593) ![]() The Warriors are the defenders and guardians of the pack. Name: Aurum Gender: Male Age: 5 Rank: Warrior (wishes to apply for Lead Warrior or Beta Male. Preferably Beta) Mate: None Physical Description: Aurum has an odd array of colors within his coat. The colors on his pelt change so dramatically with the seasons it’s almost impossible to tell that he was the same wolf you saw in the Spring. The bottom coat that lays closest to his body is a blank white and happens to be the most fluffy of his layers. Upon the white is a dark gray layer that moves along his neck, chest, back, tail, and legs. Mixed in among the gray and white he has multiple shades of brown and cream. The large brute stands on muscular sturdy legs that are close to being a meter long. His lean body is carved with muscle though his fur tends to cover most of it. Aurum has his fair share of scars, nicks, and bruises. His left ear has a large gash in it from being bitten by another wolf. His body is covered with scars that crisscross each other on his chest, face, and legs. The one thing that stands out the most about Aurum is his blue eye, which bi eyes are a rare find in wolves. Aurum’s right eye is a pure crystal colored blue, while his left eye is dark hazel with specks of blue and green. Psychological Traits: Aurum is the type of wolf that owns the saying "a force to be reckoned with." It is best to keep on his good side because if you step paw over the line he will come from being calm and relaxed to pristine killer. He knows no boundaries besides the ones he himself owns to keep other wolves in check. Aurum rarely ever follows rules unless he completely respects a wolf, which in this case, is no wolf ever. The only time Aurum ever tries to respect someone is when they have done nothing wrong. And for Aurum to think you haven't done anything wrong you must not step in his way of path of travel, you must not bother him, especially when he is in a foul mood, you must not eat before him, and you definitely must not assume he is ever in a good mood. One thing that might help other wolves to view him as is a bomb. He can go off on absolutely anything and practically everything if it's that sort of day. If others view him as a bomb, they will most likely stay away from him unless they aren't of high intelligence, and if they stay away from him, he is more than happy. Another tip that might help save a life is to study the brute before jumping up and trying to communicate with him. If a wolf learns his rather not so busy schedule, though he likes to make himself seem busy, and works around and with it, that might just make his day. He enjoys seeing wolves having to work with his life rather than again'st it because working with it is a very painful task. Watching his daily ways also helps to learn his personality, though it isn't hard to notice if you see him nipping at a helpless pup who just so happens to step on his nerves. Rather than being quite an unpredictable killing machine, Aurum is also very unsociable and elusive. During the day when everyone is awake, if he doesn't have any orders, he sleeps, or at least pretends to be sleeping so other wolves don't bother him. Though when the sun begins to sink beneath the horizon, and the wolves begin to crawl back into their dens, Aurum is normally the only one up and he is the most active during this time. During these dark moments of the night, he wanders the forest quite aimlessly it seems, though to him he always has a reason for what he does. When he gets caught by another wolf and they question him about his doings he always tells them he couldn't sleep, that has become his best and most used answer. Even in the daylight, if he has an urge to go out, he makes sure no one is in earshot of eyesight of him and he slinks away to do what he does best. Though he hasn't yet caught another wolf following him, if he does, there will surely be consequences for that wolf, he doesn't take kindly to others being nosy about his business. If it is very serious business that a wolf just happened to step paw into, he will most likely kill them so there is no trace of his work known by anyone but himself. The one thing that might make Aurum so angry and elusive is that he is always on edge. He feels like someone or something is constantly watching him and makes him want to just die because that means that someone or something knows his business and means. He always keeps a sharp eye out for something that might be stalking him, whether it be another wolf or even a chipmunk. His edginess makes him rather easy to scare. Aurum jumps at any unknown sound and any crack of a twig behind him. Its quite humorous to see such a large brute like him jump at a sound so small compared to his monstrous size but if he finds out a creature is doing it for fun, he will surely punish them without hesitation and no remorse or sympathy. If Aurum finds someone that is trying to trick him, he normally goes for the jugular if no other wolves are around, but if he is being watched, he just puts them in their rightful place with a snap on their legs and a snarl. If that doesn't seem to work, he isn't afraid of tackling another wolf. Other than being hotheaded and secretive, he is also very thick-skulled. He believes what he wants to believe and it's close to impossible to change his mind. He argues his point to death even if it's far from being correct. He has a heavy sense of belief in himself and feels like whatever he does or says is the right thing. If another wolf argues with his case he goes on a rampage. It takes persistence to make him do anything, even on his best days. All in all, its a good idea to stay away from the large brute. He is unpredictable and has a fiery wrath to him that all creatures should be afraid of. It's almost impossible to get on his good side but if you have courage and faith in yourself and know how to deal with Aurum, it could be quite easy. But do remember, Aurum, is a force to be reckoned with. Background: Aurum doesn't have much of a history that he remembers. Most memories come back to him in livid dreams that are more like nightmares. These nightmares consist of blood and high pitched howls. There is always a big black wolf in his dreams that's more like a shadow than a three dimensional form. Aurum doesn't remember his history because it emotionally and physically scarred him. A part of his brain won't let him remember, trying to protect him in some sort of way. The only thing that Aurum does remember is not having much of a family. He was always tossed between multiple brood she-wolves and knew whatever Alpha there was to be more his guardian than father. When he turned one he left to be by himself which was quite the risky move. He was still too young to know how to hunt or defend himself so he normally scavenged and hid whenever he needed to. Aurum has just recently found this pack and decided to settle down in it since it is much safer than being by himself. Is he/she willing to become a mentor?: Yes Moderator removed image due to lack of source. ![]() Edited on 07/06/16 @ 16:42:28 by Katze (#20064) |

Name: Sage Gender: Female Age: 3 years Rank: Broodmother Physical Description: Sage is a tall female wolf with lean muscles and fast paws. She is sandy-brown color with light amber eyes. The fur on the top of her head and back is a mixture of black and sandy-brown. She has a little red covering that is barely visible and her tail is an inch longer than the average wolf. Psychological Traits: Sage is very gentle and living when it comes to the pups under her care. If something happens to one of the pups she will be very protective of the others and if any one tries to harm a fur on them she will use her speed and tall size to fight and if she comes out battered at least the pup will be safe. Sage is very strong in mind and heart and she is usually very loyal. With that said, she respects rank and moving on. If she every falls for another wolf she will put the lives of the pups before the wold she has fallen for 'cause pups are the next generation and should always be put first. Mate: None yet Background: Sage grew up an orphan so she knows the feeling of being left alone. At the time she was with a different pack where orphans had to fend for themselves. When she came to the Inuik pack around 6 months old she was treated differently and so she ended up taking the role of broodmother. She never wanted another pup to feel how she felt and she will protect any pups that come in harms way. Is he/she willing to become a mentor? If a broodmother becomes a mentor then yes. ![]() |
