I just thought it would be nice to know the total amount of food uses we have in our hordes. We could click on the food section of our hordes, and just under the bar, it would say the total number of uses. Yea, each individual type of food could keep it's individual amount of uses. It'd be nice to see if you have enough to feed your pride for the next day, or if you would have to hunt more. If you have any comments, please tell them. Any thoughts or ideals? Please don't be rude. I'll add to this if I get good advice. In stead of food counter, why not a message when you rollover saying "You don't have enough foodie sustain your pride today! You need _____ more carcasses to sustain your pride!" - suggested by mama Xyllama [LioDen's Chef!] (#65134) |

I don't really support due to the fact that I can just do the mathematics, not to mention that most people hunt for their own food or already know how many they need due to the fact that they feed their pride daily. Again it would be a nice idea, but I see no point in adding it at the end of the day it's easy to do yourself. Not to mention stacked items are already the biggest feeding source due to the fact that no one really has small food to feed a pride of around 40 to 100, again it's not really 'useful' as it would turn out to be. ![]() Edited on 02/07/16 @ 04:45:11 by Lotus (#9048) |

I see your point, but not a lot of people would be able to count all their food, if they are in a rush. There might be people who get one to quickly feed their lions then have to log off. Say for school or work. I know it's easy to count and add stacks together, that's if you have the time tho. ![]() |

Yes, but that still didn't cover the fact that they MUST feed their pride daily, and already know the daily routine they hold for their pride. Not to mention that people make trades of over 100 use food items, and branches (mine too) are always cheap if you're in a hurry. Again I see no point in this idea, and most of my post was not covered by your reply. ![]() |

Same here, I help others with food as well. I know i didn't cover all of your post, but then again, I'm not really trying to change your , and I appreciate your opinion. I know everyone has their own way of thinking. Plus, I'm not really good at debating. (Never to that class) ![]() |

I don't think it's 'needed' as much as lots of other fixes and code stuff that is out there- but I can see the benefit too. I'm neutral, I guess. :) One thing to consider, is how 'busy' or cluttered a page is. New players can easily get overwhelmed by all the options available to them, when starting a new game- so HOW this is implemented would also be a consideration. For example, does it simply add the uses of the food in your horde and note how much you need to... what, feed everyone to 100% before rollover? That seems... complicated, when the next step is clicking on each and every item to feed lions- (we pay for the feed-all-play-all where you simply click on a stack and it feeds everyone. I imagine the next demand would be that this be possible with any calculator... ) Mixed feelings, but still, not against it. Just lots to consider for the game developers. ![]() |

I see, I understand how a newbie would feel, I remember how it was for me, I started in January of this year or December of last year, I can't remember. The suggestion I made in the trade would just be a little saying in the food section of our hordes. You don't have to click on it or any. And a newbie would be able to know if they have enough food for tomorrow or a few days to come. And someone else suggested that it massages you saying something like " you don't have enough food for today, you need ....... Uses to feed you pride". That wasn't my idea. My idea it to just have small words and numbers under the horde selection bar in the food section. That way you'll know how much food we have, and we can decide if we need more or not for our lions. I also know that some people don't feed all their lion, because their trying to get rid of them, and don't want to waste food on them. Idk why people do that, all lions need to eat something at least. But knowing if you have enough or not is a good thing to consider. In my opinion anyways. But hey I'm only one girl. ![]() |
