Made a trade with a new member and when we made a little talk and they gave me an idea when they said that they didn't get any welcomes so it was a nice surprise for them when i did.

Why not a few mods or helpers/or even regular members get to welcome new members of Lioden.Something like a Welcome Group!

A message example:
"Hi,welcome to Lioden.Hope you have a good time and if you have any questions or get confused with something,please contact the Helper Hug and/or visit our FAQ for more information!Have a good day!"

I would love for the new members to see what a kind and a helpful community Lioden is!Everyone wants to be welcomed after all.It's a warm and good gesture of kindness showing the others that you care about them and to make them feel special because they really are!<3
