Icestar's FREE CSS Thread

Hey guys! Here I will be putting nice CSS up for those who want to change up their den and don't have enough currency to get a custom of their own. That being said doesn't mean that no one but those who don't have enough currency, anyone can use them! But, I do have a few rules.. As this is FREE, I do not want anything that could cause this to be shut down. Mainly by me or if I feel that the rules aren't being respected I will shut this down.. so please do not break the rules.. just one person could ruin this for everyone and no one wants that right? So, just a few rules.

**REMEMBER: please remove * from any coding to use in your den description!!**

Rules:
- Please do not resell.. these are FREE and cannot be used for someone's own personal gain!
- Please be respectful.. I don't put a lot of layouts up in a small time period..
- Please be honest if someone asks you where you got the CSS or asks about it at all.. I do not appreciate my work being taken credit for by someone else..
-When suggesting something it has to follow the ToS of LD, if such things against ToS are suggested then it will be brought to a mod's attention.

I would appreciate this thread and me being credited for the CSS, I work hard on these and try to do as much as I can to make them work no matter what..

I also do take suggestions on themes and such, I listen to everyone's suggestions and if I don't get to your suggestion, respond or make it, don't think you were ignored, I do some of my own designs and am not on my computer much. I code everything on my computer so, I can only do a certain amount in a certain time period so please be patient. Again, I am never ignoring any suggestions, I can get busy or I am not on my computer.

Sorry for that big long intro, I will update rules and such as I see fit. I will close this thread if I feel people are taking advantage and using it for their own personal gain or are not taking the rules I have laid out seriously.
