Popping in for the first time in forever.
Doodled this today, because it relates to my reaction I had this morning to snow on the ground

My new polar bear OC I bought from Vega (#21852) as a cub reacting to grass for the first time and his big "sister", asking her to make it go away. This was pretty much me this morning, but with snow instead of grass

No, it snows a lot, but not this far into April usually. I mean, we hit over 200 inches for the winter season as of today, which is about twice our typical.

I know it said to put applications here but I'm still a nervous wreck so it's taking a lot outta me to actually post here so I apologize for my future apologies

Are you a -- Learner, Mentor, Both?: Somewhere in the middle, so both. I've been drawing for bit, but I actually completely lost my art style a few years ago. I had to start from scratch, so I haven't been 100% satisfied with my art. I've felt a lot more confident recently, so here I am, I guess...??
Traditional or Digital Artist?: A little bit of both. I mainly do traditional art, but I also like the cleanness of digital. Sometimes, I transfer my traditional sketches to digital so I have a better time (got out of digital for a while because I messed up my wrists a bit)
What things are you good at?: People always say my art is "cute" and "clean-lined", so I guess that's a start? I like giving expressions to characters, reflecting moods and the like. It's my favorite thing to do and you can really tell what my characters are thinking, in a way, which is important to me.
What things do you want to improve?: Posing. I've been working with this for a while, but it's always just. Stiff. I've mainly gotten over my fear of drawing hands, but my poses are fucking boring. I hate it.
What program/drawing tablet do you use?: Gimp for my digital stuff. Forgot the name of my tablet, though.
What type of markers do you use, eg. Copics, Watercolour, pastelle, crayon/; I actually use coloring pencils! Doesn't bleed through and a lot less messy, though harder to color with at times. Used to, I used Sharpies.
