I would like to see a little bit less straight manes as we don't have very many that aren't spiky or straight.
While looking at subspecies images of lions, I came across this supposed "cape" lion. Though thought to be extinct, they did have distinctively big, thick manes. I love his kinky little belly fur!


Anyway, I decided to try and stylize it a bit, (and make it a lot curlier!) and came up with this:

I think it would make a nice addition to our mane roster, and add some variation.


I think "cape" would be a good name for it as well, or possibly zephyr, since it looks like it's blowing in the wind. As per what Rabbitheart and Jade said, this could also be in a December applicator! I love the idea of a thick, chunky santa beard mane for a winter event! <3
