I know that every time I'm on mobile and I try to refresh the chat, 8/10 times I end up tapping the chat rules rather than refresh, and end up having to wait to load that huge page. It's super frustrating.

It'd be much better if the rules/terms box was moved underneath the chat box, or possibly aligned right instead of left like the refresh button.
