Vendetta

Tender lips would trail up her sides upon his dismount. It seemed as though he was not ready to end their time together, and in honest she was not either. A soft nuzzle would be returned to him, before moving to embrace him more properly. Her neck brushing against his, curving ever so slightly as to have her head restart against him. His soft words would cause her ears to perk, it had finally been admitted by the brute of his feelings. "I love you as well" her words were soft as she became lost in the moment.

Picasso

Picasso was gladly accepted, and also appreciated the returned gestures that vendetta offered. His own lips would be brought against her neck in a similarly curved fashion, brushing away any beads of sweat that had sought to collect and rest there. He would also accept the weight of her skull should she wish for its resting to be prolonged, many'a affectionate kisses adorning the mare's upper body and only pausing for short speeches. When she repeated the admitted feeling, something within the stallion's chest grew extremely warm and fuzzy. Muscles immediately relaxed, as though he were about to melt on the spot. A verbal 'sigh' released, obviously satisfied, before words trailed its emission. "I'm so glad," he'd admit openly, looking to comb through her ebon' mane but pausing. "Oh, and I've been meaning to ask something." With there feelings finally out, it would seem that Picasso was moving onto a new discussion. What on Earth was he about to ask?

Vendetta


She would allow her body to melt into his, taking in his relaxing, affectionate kisses. Ear would be listening intently to both his sigh and words. There was a mention that he was about to ask her some sort of question, but Vendetta could not think of what it could be. "What would you like to ask me?" Though not wanting to loose his embrace, she would reel back to look at him head on, while in her mind her own questions would begin to form. What was it he was going to ask? Probably something about the herd...perhaps? Or something about herbs?

Her mental guess was almost spot on, and he would not keep her waiting after she expressed the desire to hear it. "Why is it that you havn't wanted to take the rank of Lead Mare from Gala?" he'd leave it simply that, an explanation rolling about inside his head but not yet spilled onto the air. He would if requested. But anyways, although he adored that spotted mare(Gala) she was obviously young and often having to question Vendetta on most everything. Why hadn't Vendetta stepped forward, with the intent to simply school Gala perhaps? He held the herd's best interest in mind, of course. And would not force the idea unless problems arose.

(Also, would you like to use the new roll system to determine the pregnancy? Colt/filly, etc?
Or no. It's not required yet until the over-haul. And do you want an application for another player to play said foal?)

Vendetta

The question would take her only slightly by suprise. Taking the lead from Gala had not even been thought in her mind. She loved to give the younger mare the opportunity to prove herself, but it seemed as though Gala often looked to the roan mare for guidance more often then not. "It has not cross even crossed my mind till now. Why do you ask? Vendetta would now ask for his explanation.

As she awaited his response, she would consider the idea of taking lead. Well only as a way to serve as a guidance to the young mare until she could fully work alone as lead. But she had never seen a herd with a lead mare in training. Usually lead mares were just the most dominate mares, or mares that were experienced with every day ordeals.

(Sure let's use the new roll. And I would like the application to be open for it...Am I allowed to choose the image?)

Lips would press together firmly as she asked for his explanation, allowing for a moment of silence before words were finally produced. "I've seen her seeking guidance from you," he'd admit with a swivel of those arrow-shaped ears. He'd dip his head, touching muzzle to her shoulder before returning head high and continuing. "I've also seen the way she clings to you, perhaps as though she looks up to you." The pair were as mother and daughter. They could not deny it. "And although I adore her, I think you'd be better suited especially with the arrival of more mares." Here his voice got more quiet, so others would not overhear him. "If you step down from Queen, you would always be welcome to return to your Shamaness rank-- But of course, all of this is your decision." Maybe she could talk it over with Gala. Hopefully in a way that Gala would not storm 'way in a cloud of distaste and distrust for her King.

Vendetta

The though would roll around in her mind. Maybe she should become lead for awhile just until Gala could handle it on her own. If she was going to do this, it would be best for her, Picasso, and Gala to all speak together to make a decision. "Perhaps I will speak with her about it. But I would like you there with me when I do. You know I don't want to discourage her" her fondness of the mare would keep her from hurting her feelings. After all it wasn't like everyone already knew the two were practically like mother and daughter. "I will more the general like relinquish the lead to her once she feels and or we see she is able to manage it on her own" would be added. After all a lead mare was supposed to appear comfortable in her position, to being comfort and soundness to the other mares that they would be safe.

(Hmm, let's just roll for all and see what happens :)
