Hello!

Poses, when not found on an NCL you claim in the wild, must be bought. Even if your lion has a good personalty, you could still go into the Oasis and apply an Evil post to them. Same goes for the rest of the personalities and poses.

Another way, like I said, is to find NCLs in explore that have them. You have a chance to find these types of NCLs when you are Impressive or higher.
