We have debated about the way to implement it and we have decided to go for a skin that works like image replacement per 1 beetle - from larva to adult. You will be able to purchase a Beetle Skin Maker in Oasis - it costs 5 GB and will give you 5 copies. 1 skin has 1 use and it won't unequip / go back to your hoard when you remove it. It can be applied only 1nce. It will 'die' with the beetle, so we decided to make it as cheap as possible, while still it being a vanity item. This way you can put a skin you love to any beetle you own, no matter the species. The beetle will display the skin's name. Base copy cost of a custom skin is 100SB. Anything above will be owner's personal choice price like with custom decors and the 3GB base price. All new links are pretty much in same place custom decors are: My skins - here you can acess all skins you have created - view stats, preview files and update the files. You can set automatic price (purchasable from custom skin list). Beetle skins - this is custom skin list. You can view here every skin in its full form right away without owning a beetle yet! Very useful. Custom Decor & Beetle Skin rules are now in same thread, with beetle skin rules on bottom. Basically same things apply with exception of more freedom for artstyle. We ARE going to add a filter like we did for custom decors - so that you can turn off custom skins for beetles if you do not wish to see them - but that will happen in another, future update. New 4 backgrounds will replace them to rotate for Raffle Lionesses. Why 11 exactly? So there's a question - Would you like for rare beetle battling species to include critters such as scorpion, mantis, spider and so on, for exclusive shops such as oasis or upcoming Enclave? For example, I'd love to keep Gorilla Enclave "beetles" to be uniquely Mantis species in a sort of theme, would be fun to battle them too! :o what do you think? Vote! You might notice that in chat, staff will have coloured names to pop out more. Ever since coloured emojis appeared in usernames, staff paws became less noticeable. It will be now much easier to recognize when a Helper, Moderator or Admin is chatting in the chatbox!
