This is my pride's lore. I need to fix things and I based this off of what I want to do and what I did and why I did it.

Morning Wood approached the grave of Stale Cheetos, the beloved king, the first to establish the pride. He had heard from far and wide about Stale Cheetos. How he hadn't had a heir nor even a queen. Not one single lioness had ever had a cub to nurse in the pride. Instead, all cubs were brought in from other prides. Cared for under his protection and loved just like they were his own children. The king was also very generous. Never stingy with silver beetles and always willing to help out others in need. But there was one thing he knew about the former king. He was never truly happy with himself. Always pushing himself to be a better person, one day at a time.
He had learn from other prides about all sorts of things, like inbreeding and mutated cubs. An old lioness named Punch in the Stomach spoke about the king to him one afternoon. About how he wasn't flattered being called upon as a runt. His low stats and plain markings were considered a joke. The laughing-stock among prides. But he never lashed out on anyone knowing he was the one setting the example of what a king has to be, what to do, and how to behave. His passion for doing what was right never wavered like donating.
Morning Wood interrupted her. "What about the mutated cubs? He knows about them but you never mentioned how he thinks or what he did about that topic." She spoke about how he was very fascinated about that topic because those special lion and lioness had more personality and adventure in their lives. But he was also glad to not have a mutation cause many of them were forced to keep breeding to produce more offspring with their mutation. But he also did admit that he wished he had a mutated lion or lioness within his pride. One mutation that he had his mind set on to achieve was a dwarf. The king's heart melted for anything that was remarkably adorable. But sadly he never obtained one during his lifetime.
Morning Wood couldn't help but ask, "Didn't he had any other goals?" The answer was a yes. He did had other goals but didn't get a chance to complete them. But he did complete one that he said he would never break. The main reason why no lion or lioness in this pride has any decorations on them. He believed in natural beauty. He once said to the pride, "The reason why I believe in natural beauty is because I already find you beautiful. I don't want to doll you up so others can see. If they can't already see then they'll never know it."

So maybe we should include events in our lore to help get a thought of the surroundings. Also I'll be putting in the thread that the kings meet up in a shaded spot in the savanna surrounding a water hole. They've built their own dens out of branches and leaves.

Coal Eyes sits halfway inside his den, his head in the glow of the sun. He stretches and stands, his frame left slightly scrawny by the lack of herds. The sun is still quite low on the horizon, yet it's already begun to heat the water and the ground outside the shade.

Desdemona painted with blood dripping from her long fangs, the scrawny zebra calf in front of her the only reward for a full day of hunting. If not for her fur she was sure she'd look thinner than the stripped meal in front of her, her body shaking with the effort. Picking it up, Des began a slow trot back to the group of leaders, as the only Queen in the recent years she normally would never hunt around them. Waking in the morning to many thin males made her heart seize with the thought of kings falling because of the Great Hunger. As she approached the camp she noticed Coal Eyes and nodded in greeting before setting the small kill in front of the cave. "Eat." The Queen took a leg for herself and retired to a few feet away.

Coal Eyes is temporarily shocked, but he nods in appreciation. He takes a few pieces from the zebra's skinny stomach and lets out a few hollers to awaken the others who are still sleeping. He moves to the edge of the watering hole, taking his meat with him. After a while he catches the scent of another predator and lifts his head to see an African Wild Dog. It's weak and withered, practically a walking skeleton, and it yips threats at the king. Coal Eyes leaps to his feet, determined to protect the only carcass the kings have. Rushing at the enemy, he swipes at it with blind anger. His claws land a hit, but the AWD still stands and threatens, motivated by hunger.
