I love the sub slot price idea When first starting out Lioden, the slots to keep 2 y/o males can be ridiculously expensive, especially after the first two slots. As of now, I have two 2+ y/o males, >2 y/o adolescent male, and two newborn male cubs. Three of my five have to go if I do not want to spend the GB on new slots. I am uninterested in keeping the two male cubs, but I do not want to send them to the nature reserve or kill them. Logically, I would send them to The Giving Tree. Just yesterday, there were 100 (ormore) male cubs at the tree. Either they were all unliked/unwanted or there was no space for them in their prides. This overflow at the tree means reset cub stats and too expensive a cost of male slots. My support has been pledged. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 01/01/17 @ 04:42:55 by Roxas (#97414) |

Please everyone follow the link. The doc will likely have links and graphics that're too cumbersome to put in Lioden itself! Also thanks Roxas! 0 players like this post! Like? |

No support- Patrolling has the cool down, high fail rate, and the inability to skip to prevent heirs from becoming OP. Sorry : ( 0 players like this post! Like? |

Fair points. All easily fixed though. 2 things about that Blue: - If everyone's OP, then no one is. - If you have the GB, you can definitely sex change 2 males, train them with the lionesses, then change them back for quicker training. The stat bonus isnt really worth it tho. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 01/01/17 @ 01:46:31 by Jackster [Pie/Glace/Rosette] (#98288) |

I support, I'm sure there is a way to make them more useful to the pride without making them OP. That idea with fighting off the rogues is cool. >u> 0 players like this post! Like? |

1.If no one is OP, then that just takes away another competitive aspect of both the game and the market. No thank you. 2.I hope you mean adolescent lions, since you can't sex change an adult who's patrolled/hunted. Regardless I'm referring to how stats will be rendered even more useless and pointless if an adult male is patrolled without/with little limits. Some people work hard to get their males patrolled hourly to receive those precious Stat bonuses for their heir. Your thoughts are interesting in some other points in the doc, but still no support, sorry : ( 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 01/01/17 @ 04:27:49 by BrightBlue (#95474) |

1. It sounded like you had a problem with OP lions? And this definitely doesn't do that since it relies on how much you bother with your lions (y'know, like things that are ALREADY in place). 2. 'Course I mean Adols. I've been here 3 months, I know how that all works. Patrol cooldown makes no sense. A HUNTING cooldown would be more logical and so far you're the only naysayer to the idea. If lionesses dont have cooldowns then neither should lions. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Your ideas are interesting, but they seem far more fitting for an RPG to be honest. It's a lot of things to code, and a lot of it is unnecessary once they become king. It's also unfair to people who already have kings, and to anyone starting just before the update because they miss out on a lot of bonuses. So much needs to be changed that it's basically becoming a new game and would have to be wiped completely like when it transitioned from Alpha to Beta, just to make it fair and upload all the coding. 0 players like this post! I never considered the coding, but it's up to Lioden. If they want to cherry pick the idea, I don't mind. 0 players like this post! Like? |

1. Not necessarily, see below. A few lions can and must have the possibility of being OP with enough WORK put into them. Stats, as confusing as they are, are one of the things driving this market forward. People spend fortunes on Stat replacers that have been bred and frequently patrolled purely for stats. 2. Just making sure, as I definitely wasn't referring to cub training at all. I'm referring to all the work gone into the high statted lions (on the leader boards for example; yes they can be considered "OP" but they definitely aren't the norm), may become a dime a dozen. I'm not the only non-supporter, just the only one publicly POSTING about my doubts in this proposed area. (Sorry for pointing out the obvious. I'm trying to be polite here honest pf. There's no need to get fiesty). 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 01/01/17 @ 04:43:07 by BrightBlue (#95474) |

That's one possibility, Bright. Another is that those higher staters would simply be even higher and what was once "high stated" might just become average stats. I'm pretty sure Lioden doesn't have a stat number cap on it. 0 players like this post! Like? |

There was a point when Stats were nerfed by the admins because they were deemed too high in the game. (Granted I wasn't playing when this happened, but I've heard plenty about it). 0 players like this post! Like? |

The people who are already on the leaderboards worked their butts off for it. If you make it so everyone can do it with minimal effort it's spitting in the faces of everyone who's already made 5K + or higher. You'll end up making their effort worthless and that's not fair. 0 players like this post!
