Hello! I am suggesting a streamlined list of Rules for the Chatbox.

Right now, we have the site's Terms linked above the Chatbox, along with in the footer. While I do think the overall site's TOS is important, I think having a more condensed version of rules relating to the Chat would be a handy tool, and would help decrease the issues that arise in Chat.

I am surprised at how often members say they haven't read the chat rules, or they didn't know something was against the rules. I believe having the complete TOS linked above the chatbox tends to make people just skim through it, or ignore it all together when they see that great wall of text.

There are also many rules that just..... aren't in there. Simple etiquette issues that members get warned for, but aren't to be found in that great wall of text.

In addition, there have been slight issues in consistency.

A complete, condensed, and CONCISE list of rules related to Chat-only linked above the Chatbox as an easy reference will make things simpler for everyone!

added: if we wanted the general TOS to still be linked above chat, it could be something like Chat Rules // Terms with each linking to the respective area.
