To be honest, I don't see why you need to get so worked up over the fact that not everyone will support your idea. It seems a lot like you're used to just being spoiled with everyone going along with whatever you say and when people don't basically they need to expect some sort of tantrum. The big idea of presenting ideas is being mature enough to accept when people don't see reason to support them. It's just very immature and you aren't going to get much respect that way nor maintain good standing with people who'd be helpful to you.

One suggestion is that if you're really desperate to put a green nose on a lion then perhaps a custom decor could be an option? Perhaps also adding green hued paw pads too and such? I don't know, just a green nose seems pretty pointless to me personally.

To go along with what @Ticklicous said, I know a cheap-ish custom decor artist that will charge you about 10GB for the custom decor itself depending on what you want. But you would have to pay for the custom decor creator.

Another option too would perhaps always work just to maybe DIY color too? I think there would be a way to maybe do a masking layer or something in PS or SAI perhaps. I've never really done much myself with color masks but I am sure DIY green color changes to body parts wouldn't be to difficult? But again, I don't color mask stuff much so I wouldn't know.

Uhm... You've been quite defensive for most of the thread and the way you are making posts, it's hard to believe you aren't getting worked up over it. Realistically the only one creating conflicts is you at this point. Telling others what to and what not to do, such as not quoting as an example. Not everyone will support your suggestion without good reason and with the behavior displayed, that's one main reason to not support this suggestion beyond green noses just seeming a bit pointless on a lion. Sure we have some other colors that are borderline unnatural, but green just seems like a stretch to be personally.

Also consider, just because you're having a bad day doesn't warrant the need to act out. If it's been such a bad day then I would suggest avoiding interactions with other people online. Seems like a better idea than letting a bad day create conflicts with others.
