A 1x1 with Skizz involving our prides. OOC thread (For chattin outside RP. i thought it'd be cleaner to have for the RP ^ ^) RP Intro "Being a land gaurdian is not easy nor can be be pleasnent or fun as my kind has to do thing to their own benefit as well as whoever lives in our lands and agree te our ways as we aloow their own ideas and ways of living. I am Penatal, Guardian of Clawvine's Tribe territory...I can only go aroud the lands territory. I can currently hold around 40 lions...I know of n ally whose shared things with Clawvine. Supplies, lions..ye name it...I can tell ye of these encounters and what is shared... A tale of loss and finding the way to what is being sought once more....maybe even something more than that...but we'll see....now won't we?" (Lovely job Penatal) This shouldn't need character sheet if it involves our prides and lemme tell ya..that would be Alot of lions. I'm Not making 40 or so Character sheets XD) Notes for My RP style Bold= thoughts Italian= general narration Color text= talking Underlined= flashbacks Current event Clawvine is at war with in a way, itself. New members who weren't of tribe blood, while grateful for their new home, didn't agree with the tribe's ways and thus began war wih their saviors. The beast of the lands, Penatal has grown weak and sickly due to denying his true nature and there's only one way to fix it. How well are the tribe's nearest neighbors handle it? FinchWing - FireFox, Thicket "...Hey, were ye once called 'FinchPaw'?" A voice said. I whipped around to recognize him as ApricotPaw ApricotPaw!! I cried, the corner of my eyes catching Ticket dashing over. He pushed me out the way, bumping his forehead onto ApricotPaw's. I shouldered himaway, glancing at ApricotPaw. I thought I would never see you again! Both I and Thicket huffed, our eyes gistening with delight. It was true, I thought I would never see his face again. I'm so glad to see him. Guess what Apri? (XD O how they'll respond next to who they'll meet and hear) FireFox I chuckled as i bumped heads with them, relieved they remembered as i spoke next "Hehe, i was worried too...I go by FireFox after ClawVine's Baron Seveth found me...Yeah, But no til Seveth's rule is over....however he doesn't seem to ...interested really. Been over hearing him speak to our Jarl about it...but aside from that, Congrats brother I wish ye well. Oh before i ferget...there's someone i want ye te meet...Beeth (Vee-th) come o'er and meet me siblings!" i called out in her direction and the dark green eyed chestnut female came out from where she was to greet us Beeth (Vee-th) I gave a playful glare at Firefox after he went to talk to who i guessed was his sister and i smiled as they greeted each other. my smile still on me as he called me over to meet them. "Ye mean the ones ye keep talkin so much 'bout Fire? Hello, it's nice te finally meet ye after we heard alot 'bout ye..." I didn't care if my longer than normal teeth showed nor did i mind any sort of treatment as i spoke softly as i reched them and gave a curt bow of my head before sitting down by Firefox and fixed my collar where it itched a bit 0 players like this post! Thicket - Beeth As the female came over, my eyes focused on her. I saw her collar, but I wasn't looking at that. She looked like me. She has overgrown teeth and claws and- and fur! You look like me! Beeth (Vee-th) - Thicket I looked at the primal male before me before i responded "I see ye haven't seen another Primal yet til now....Yes, i do...We're not common but there's some around....It happens when some lions revert back to older roots...Ye must be Thicket. I'm Beeth, Daughter of WhiteTail and resident of The ClawVine Tribe" I spoke softly, my eyes meeting thicket's asi explained some of our type and gave a proper introduction for him and his siblings 0 players like this post! Thicket - Beenth, DarkLily I was clearly happy to see a smiliar lion like me. She was kind of cute, actually. Not that I like her. My heart belongs to Darklily. You better stay clear of this black lioness named Twaz. She despises Primal's. I hissed, glaring at tte black lioness who liooked at us with disgust. I sighed coolly, listening to Beenth. Your name sounds like one of my tribe mates. I started to call our pride a Tribe, like the ClawVine Tribe. The Tribe of Running Water seems nice, but it doesn't fit right. DarkLily! Come see Beenth! Shes a primal like me! I yowled, watching as the gray, black and white adolescent walked over. She rubbed against me, curling her tail under my chin. Hello, I'm DarkLily. You look alot like Thicket. Beeth (vee-th) i nodded as i cast a glance at the black lioness, ignoring her disgusted look and gave a polite, leasent smile and a respectful head bow before ignorin her further. I was taught to be polite in an allies lands n matter their attitude after all. When a adol called DarkLily came over, i seemed to recall something about her but i do know that our tribe did take in a few of Bramble's Tribe mate's in so i dismissed. I smiled and gave a curt bow in greeting. "Noted...Nice to meet you DarkLilly. Yes we do look alike, how do ye do?" I spoke as my mother, WhiteTail, walked nearby us and sat down at an area were she could take note of everything. She opened her Journal but not the record keeping one, though she did keep it handy wen there was something to record...but, the story telling one...She loves to write stories as well as tell them... I smiled as Fire went over to see what she'd be writting but got tail smacked playfully as she aughingly told him something and he came back with a fake pout. (Kay) ~~Time Skip~~ The visit went well, and as Promised the CV Tribe returned to their lands once Bramble died. Things have bgon to change for the Tribe once more as they have decided to re-sort themselves out into Branches. = Neutralis; the neutral and ranked members such as the Leader, Advisor and thers like them stay here. They care for the tribe overall. They help each youngsters of Adol age many values. + Pantera branch: For those of dark, spotted pelts like Panther, leopard even cheeta who can cimb well and look over things from above. They're good at night hunting, setting traps and springin ambushes from above or where ever they see an opening. - Tigresa Branch: Are those of Tiger like pelts. They focus on ground and water and use they're stripes to their advantage. They strive on confusion, curiousity, tricks and traps as they use Wit and their own nique abilities. = Nursery: is the same as before. Aiding all in old, sick, weak, nursing mothers and cubs. = "unsorted/Outer Circle" are also the same. Looking out on the Outside of the Main camp as they live Semi-Nomad lives. Not only that but Humans had slain many animals at this time but there were also those who helped defend the animals of this world. Beeth and other cubs had grown into fine young aduts as many had left but the rest were taken by friendly humans after discovering CV Tribe and their ways to live a peaceful life elsewhere. Thicket - Aynaet(one of the cubs name is Aynaet It was so easy being king now, torturing Twaz was amazing! I feel like all my anger is released. The bitch deserved it anyway. I spared Pidge, though. She is my mother, and DoveWing and Guitar will yell at me with words sharp as barbed thorns. The rabbits were going wild, like, really wild. My lionesses, BlueFur and SootFur, set out to find the 'Mysterious Wenet'. They told me alot of things, and they gave me a mask, well, Wenet did. It was so I disguise myself, to be one of them. I would about to murder them and they wouldn't notice!! But its very uncomfortable when they 'wrestle'.... You know what I mean. They have carved eggs for some strange reason, and its fun to collect. I have met a couple of dens with a few- hundreds of bunnies. None of them escaped my claws. Its for my pride, they need to be well fed. But sometimes I just wanna be nice. I cuddled with a few bebes with their mamas, an they gave me carved eggs. FinchWIng has a mate now, and her- shes her- name is Tibelda. They are very cuddly. The herd still respects my sister, as she is the kings sister. She got a tracking collar from her body paint, which they thought was interesting, like thr ClawVine Tribe. The prey pile was reaching the sky with rabbits and hares, meaning that we have to be extra aggressive with our food. We had to kill a jackel, hyena, vulture, you name it. My lionesses even got lazy aout hunting, since "We have lots of rabbits and hares that'll keep us fed for the moon." Well, a moon is just 28 days, and I'm not having that. I had to physically force them to obey my orders. Talk about respect. DarkLily finally kitted my cub, QuietStream. SHe looked quite like my mother, Pidge, so I questioned her future. She is very nice and sweet, especcially quiet, fortunatley. We had to give a few cubs to the GT, and we all hope all goes well for em. SilverPelt is going to be retired toay, I'l miss her as Leadess. SHe is so wise an gentle. I was passing 4-5 rabbits to every lioness, pausing at Aynaet. Ah, Aynaet, the pecky one. Shut up, and gimme the damn rabbit. She growled, her tail flicking impatiently. The adolescent has a sharp tongue. So rude,catch. I growled, tossing a rabbit at her face, it f=slapped her on her eyes, Aynaet slapping it away before snatching it. Only food we have or do you just want us to be rabbit-eating lions? The adolescent growled, biting into the rabbit with a roll of her eyes. I pinned her, not aggressivly, but a little. Her eyes widened before she kicked him off. Have I mentioned she's my daughter? SHe's very rude. I looked at her pelt with a surpirsed look. Hey, I breathed, my ears flattened. She looked at me with a confused look, her ears perking. You are the only lioness in Sunshine's family that has ifferent colored fur than Vanilla or Almond... I whispered so only she can hear. Baron FireFox of CV Tribe He was patroling the area and had caught sight of something so he gave chase and after catching it, it was a rabbit...He looked up and saw that he was in runningWind Tribe lands. That darn fluffball lead him to his brother's lands, who he missed since they're last visit. He was about to go ahead and visit when he heard "Hold it Fire! Wait up lad!" He turned to see Madame Beeth StorTellCor EV who carries Beeth's son. Nurse mumOrichata Her apprentice, Satura and MoonEyePaw, Satura's sister All heading towards him and soon slow as they reach him. beeth speaks up before he cold ask. "We wish te visit and share info as wll as introduce important future members that RW Tribe may meet should they ever have to stay with us like in the past. Laparis couldn''t make it since she's pregnant right now. i-oh! Wha?" A adol bumped into Beeth as she was talking and a young male ran over panting and gave a bow of apoligy Bramble's fianl cub before his passing, She resembles her Mother most. ZebraFlower And late Jarl triles's son, dame is DovePool. Foxy "Sorry Madame..She got away from me and followed...She's quick and stubborn..." "Yer fine Foxy, Ye two ca stay but be plite and mindful we're on ally lands so behave yerselves....Fire ye wouldn't mind?" Thicket - Aynaet, SIlerPelt, RoseFur, DarkLily Who the fuckin hell is Sunshine?? Aynaet asked, her ears pinning back. How dare she speak about her kin in such vain!!? I slapped her, the gray adolescent staggering back, dazed. How dare you speak to her!! She is your kin! Atleast 3 generations back. SHe was the most kindest lioness you would ever meet. How could her great-grandaughter have such a nasty personality?! I snarled angrily, pinning my ears back as other lionesses looked at me. Stop yer squabblin. Thicket, I need ta tell you a lil somethin. I flinched to hear SilverPelt's raspy voice. She was getting old, and was grieving. SHe used to have the most smooth and sweet voice, and becaue of her age, and her two last litters of cubs dying, it just makes it worse. Her blue eyes are always worn out from crying every night. It pains me to see her like this. It pains me to punish the lionesses that failed to protect her kits. Yes, SilverPelt?? I asked, glancing at RoseFur, who looked quite shy looking at me. Fer the last days of me life, I want ma daught' to be leadess. She seems fit as one. SilverPelt said sharply, her tone sharp and demanding but her eyes showed she wanted me to agree so much. DarkLily stood beside SIlverPelt, begging me not to with her eyes. If RoseFur is the Leadess, this means DarkLily isn't my mate. Okay. I breathed, forcing myself not to look at DarkLily's pained face. Thicket!! I loved you! DarkLily wailed, her eyes full with pain. My heart broked as soon as I saw DarkLily's face. She looked so betrayed. I still love her! Cant she see that!? And cant she see that I'm trying to make SilverPelt happy!? She wants to see her daughter lead her tribe!!! SHe wants to know that RoseFur is a somebody, that she is strong. And she is!!! Cant she see that at all!? Her last two litters died and she cant even so any kindness to her at all!? Its for the best, DarkLily... still love- What about QuietStream!? DarkLily demanded, interuppting me. Before I could even speak SilerPelt butted in. Shut it, DarkLily!!! He is your king and you respect his choices. I gave him an option!! Okay!? I didn't hear what SIlber[pelt said because I was looking for QuietStream. FireFox He didn't seem to get a reply and he looked at Beeth, she just shrugged and began walking once more after FireFox gave one more Roar,louder and it hurt his throat a little but he was sure that'd get through. All member's joined in as Some ravens flew ahead to find the Jarl of RW tribe. A great Kestral was among the raven and wore the CV Tribe paint and scent as it landed right on Thicket's head and gave a call out to the ravens who circled and went back to their owners. The bird looked at Thicket from where he sat and spoke to the primal male: "Ye Jarl Thicket Of The RunningWind Tribe? Baron FireFox and some Important CV Tribe members wish te see ye...hope now isn't bad timing...They're headed here now...'m Kai i aided the passage keeper Laparis until her retirement....Pleased to meet you..." 0 players like this post!
