HEy! Soo.. I've got some marking suggestions...
I was just thinking about Merkanos and these came to mind.



Possible Name: Lichtenberg
(Inspired by Lichtenberg figures that occur when lighting strikes... people.)
Description: A snow-flake or lightning-like design that covers the hindquarters and spine of the animal.
RP Description: "Why does your Merkano look like they've been zapped by lighting?!"
Example on a horse:

Suggested Name: Lynx Point
Description: Light striped patters that cover the animals' face and legs.
RP Description: "Your Merkano seems to want to be becoming part-tiger... but only on their legs?

Suggested Name: Marbled Tabby
Description: A more symmetrical tabby marking that moves the eye in a circular motion.
RP Description: "The tabby markings on your Merkano are going round, and round, and round, and round."

Description: Blotted and yet scattered dot-like markings.
RP Description: "You were trying to prank your Merkano while they slept, but your can of paint was empty!"

Description: Large colored mark on the animals' back.
RP Description: "What the heck is covering your Merkano's body? They look like they've just taken a mud-bath!"
