Simple Decor Idea.

This idea came from the BG Trophy Lair in this BG you can see empty shells of turtles.

So I thought why not make that a decor?

HOW?
Well either;
1. Craftable with 30 small turtles.
2. Part of a storyline (new)
3. Event decor, same event as Trophy Lairs BG.

Maybe vote on how below?
Voting for 1 would be better than all to narrow down which one would be The way it gets added

+maybe if they mad it possible to find shells in explore or something that would make sense for crafting + Fading Angel (#81854)
