So in this chapter of Civil War we got to see Apedemak use lion whispers as a breeding item, he claims that filling his queen with lion whispers increases the chance of her producing the perfect celestial lion - like Menhit. Now, we already use lion balls and flesh as breeding items so I thought: why not use the souls too? We're already cannibalistic monsters why not take it a step further? But what would this item do? Well I thought maybe, if it was fed to a lioness, it could increase the chances of getting a special base in the next litter (assuming the lioness has a special base or the stud has a special base of course). Totally open to comments and suggestions - just thought I'd throw this out there. Let me know what you think. Thanks for reading! |

This sounds interesting and it has the potential of helping out those players struggling to breed the hardest bases, like Sepia, Celestial and the like, but I think this should be a rare item to come by, like being one of the games' rare high tier prizes, being available during one event only in the last tier of that event shop... Perhaps introducing a new craftable item to hunt for in explore all year around - some scatterbrained whispers that cannot go on on their own? I was thinking the same thing Berenos. I was kind of thinking it would be fun to trap lion whispers and then craft them into this item or maybe we could buy an item from one of the tiers - like a crystal - then collect x number of lion whispers (by defeating lions in explore or killing your own pride or something along those lines) in it to charge it, obviously it wouldn't be a low number of whispers and would have limited uses. 0 players like this post! @Tale That sounds like something that belongs in the evil side of Karma. What about the Good lions? Can't they pray for the lost whispers or something similar? That way it wouldn't be so unbalanced. 0 players like this post! Like? |

That would work too - maybe we could take advantage of explore and introduce something like a mercy kill? Or, like you said, good lions could pay for whispers at little shrines found in explore. 0 players like this post! Like? |
