Personalities are having effects added to them at some point, and I'm sure most of them will be positive in some shape or form. But how about some that you don't want? So far, I've thought of these: Needy (Snarky)- Requires more food to satisfy hunger. Along the same lines, something like Distant (Neutral) would require more amusement items to keep entertained. And some entirely new personalities: Violent (Evil)- has a chance of causing her cub's survival bar to drop as she may hurt them by mistake due to losing her temper- this would have a cub accident message with it, something like "After hours of [CUB NAME] bothering her over and over, [LIONESS NAME] lashed out and attacked them. They're fine, but a little shaken and scratched up." Suggested by ThatOne (#121903) Indifferent (Snarky/Evil): The survival bars of their cubs drop faster if they are not protected by a broodmother, as their mother doesn't care enough to monitor them. Dozy/Slow (Neutral): Gains less experience from hunts due to being a slower learner. Suggested by 桃 berries (#80253) : Emotional (Kind) - Have a 50/50 chance of either losing or gaining 15% mood per RO. Curious (Kind)- a higher chance of failing hunts, due to them becoming distracted by interesting things around them, but a very low chance of bringing back a toy or feather that they found while distracted. Soft (Kind)- a larger mood decrease when their cubs are abandoned/chased. Suggested by Vinegaroonish 🐜 (#113737) Stingy (Evil)- When hunting, has a low chance of refusing to share her kill with you- the hunt will fail, but the lioness will have her hunger bar replenished slightly. This would come with a flavour text on the hunt, something like: "Upon returning from the hunt, [LIONESS NAME] claimed that she hadn't caught anything. As she walked away, you saw some blood around her mouth. Perhaps you should have a talk with her later." This would have different chances of happening, depending on the amount of lionesses sent. If only the stingy lioness was sent, or even just her and one or two others, she'd have an easier time persuading them to share the carcass than if it was a party of five. Having multiple Stingy lionesses on a hunt would also increase the chances! Suggested by Umbra (#106865) Compassionate (Kind)- low chance of a food item not filling the hunger bar- this would come with a flavor text, something like '[LIONESS NAME] was settling down to eat their meal when they noticed a stray cub wandering around. [LIONESS NAME] gave her food to the cub and escorted it home... they're still hungry.' Let me know what you think! I'll add more when I come up with them. |

@Vinegaroonish: That'd work! Adding now. @ThatOne: How would that work, exactly? 0 players like this post! Like? |

That makes a bit more sense... how about 'airheaded' or 'dimwitted' instead of 'unintelligent?' 0 players like this post! Like? |

Maybe a sharing personality that leads to "Lioness found a stray cub and gave it some food." And it would take a food item. or a compassionate personality that could let prey go on a hunt. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I noticed that one of my lions has a candid personality(kind) Maybe "Cub was talking with a lioness and got smacked for being too truthful. survival bar went down 8%" Or Trusting(good) "Lioness found a 'stray' lion. Believing it when it said it was abandoned, she let it into the pride. The lion disappeared, along with some of your food!" 0 players like this post! Like? |

The 'Trusting' one is quite similar to the 'Compassionate' one, so I don't think that'll work... and generally, 'Candid' means that they're honest, so I don't think that a candid lioness would punish honesty. 0 players like this post! Like? |

There is such a thing as being too honest. I got smacked once for saying that someone should lose a bit of weight for the sake of their health. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Again, a lioness who is naturally honest and sees the value of honesty wouldn't punish a cub for telling the truth. Your first suggestion was added, but I don't think these others would work. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I see where the mistake was. The cub is the one with candid. The lioness would be a random pride member. 0 players like this post! Like? |

These interactions are for adult lionesses, not for cubs. Cub personalities are a whole different thing that I'm not going to tackle. Maybe make your own suggestion thread for cub personality effects? 0 players like this post! Like? |
