6/10 i really don't like colorbombs but I'll be rating as objectively as possible and admit that for his aesthetic, hes REALLY well done! the colors all stick to a certain colorsheme and are balanced out nicely, and the dark-colored decor all around both prevents him from looking too chaotic and makes him truly shine.
The eyecolor is a really nice choice because it doesn't distract or add even more stimmulation to the eye , and the mane mutation is amazing to tone the colors down a bit and Frame them nicely! Tbh the mane , together with the horns and spines, are a genius combo in general because it makes him look like a mystical kirin!
Very creatively styled king , you managed to make a design that could have easily become overwhelming really interesting and balanced instead. Colorbomb fans most likely would go insane over that guy.
Not my personal aesthetic in the slightest, but super well made !!!

10/10 his coloring is easy to see, nothing bright or confusing, his decor has a nice feel to it it might just be my way of thinking but I pick up a sort of good and evil vibe, and primal is a good mutation plus he's clean
