Announcement: I will not be online as much as before, so I will not be able to look at this thread. Therefore, I decided on three co-owners: Jelly, Kota, and Nami. They will be watching the thread for me when I'm not online. I will still be on, but not as much. Plot: You are from a magical land, Theadia. You're working, and then you get a letter in the mail. Dear Y/N, Greetings, Y/N. I am sending this letter to you because I have seen your powers, and noticed you cannot control them well. I am inviting you to my school, Theadia's School For Magicals. Please, consider coming. You will have everything you need there, and have a dorm mate. Sincerely, Head Mistress Kiradoe. Of course, you accept. The school is beautiful. Colored orbs float in the air, lighting up the school in a beautiful rainbow. There are three floors. Your dorm is huge, more floating balls bumping against the ceiling. Rules: -NO CURSING -DO NOT KILL ANYONE. THIS IS A SCHOOL, NOT WAR. -Please be active. -PM me if you would like to be a teacher -Drama is like the biggest yes ever, so, yeah. -Kuru- “Alright, you target the boy. I’ll weigh the woman down so she can’t stop you. With him out of the way we might be able to take her.” He said. His eyes began to glow purple as he began to steadily increase the effects of gravity on the woman. He wasn’t sure how much power he would have to use so he went with twice normal gravity to start. That should at least slow her down right? **Illinger** “Is that so. I wonder to what degree can you control water? I know some powerful techniques you may be able to learn. Of course they are all theoretical, but if you have the talent and dedication you should be able to make them work.” He said smiling. A part of him wondered what that overheating bit is about. A secondary facet to her powers perhaps? $$$Tae’Queaza$$$ She stood near the edge pointing out various things she could see to Reese and signing to him. She was actually having quite a good time up here. Suddenly, her entire body felt heavy. It was like she was covered in weights. “What in the world.” She said. ~💧RAINE💧~ Biting her lip in a thoughtful manner, she listed off the known extents of her ability. "I can manipulate water, create ice or hail and create clouds. I can create colder temperatures, make it more moist, that sort of thing. Since before I could walk I've been using my powers," laughing at a memory, she shook her head. "Actually, funny story; my parents told me that because I was too lazy to learn to walk, I would float about on a cloud!" grinning widely, she chuckled. "If we went outside, I could show you." ~🐺MALACHI🐺~ & ~✖︎REESE✖︎~ Glancing at Kuru for a moment, he grinned and launched forwards. Tackling the small boy, he grasped him up in his gaping jaws. The kid started yelling and writhing, kicking out at the hulking wolf. Abruptly, an aching pain spread through his body causing the weredemon to stagger, backing away from the warrior woman. Was she doing that? Rearing up, he padded over to the edge of the building, grabbing Reese in a hand-like paw and dangling him near the rim of the structure until he took notice and froze. Gulping, the small boy curled into a ball, breathing shallowly as the hybrid grinned sadistically, tail swaying as he kept a tight grip, not cruel enough to drop Reese and catch him at the last moment. Talk about demonic. Then, he spotted the kid making rapid gestures at the woman hastily, odd eyes wide with terror. ("Get my sister quickly! **Illinger** He nodded to Raine. “That sounds great. If I have a better idea on how your powers work. I can better instruct you. Lead the way.” It was nice to see a student so proactive in their studies. He’d seen people manipulate water before. After all he could do so himself. But when he does it it’s more like he’s manipulating the Hydrogen and Oxygen atoms within the water rather than the water itself. A pure water manipulator should be able to do so with significantly less effort. And likely a bit more precision. $$$Tae’Queaza$$$ She received Reese’s message, but there’s no way she could leave him like that. It’s not even him they were after it’s her. She grit her teeth and quickly thought of a plan. Her highest speed is just a bit under the speed of sound. With this increased weight she should still be able to do half of that. If she focused on a quick burst she should be able to move faster than they can react and at the very least allow Reese to get away. Her veins bulged as she focused all of her strength into her lower body. She took one heavy step and lunged towards Reese and Malachi, maneuvering her body to try cradle Reese and shove Malachi out of the way. 0 players like this post! Like? |

~⚠️XENA⚠️~ Chuckling in amusement, she shifted foot-to-foot. Patiently waiting, she glanced around. Walking towards the school, she paused at the edge of the lake clearing for Nóra to catch up. A gentle smile stretched over her lips. What a wonderful mate I have, she thought happily, a sigh emitting from her lips. ~🐺MALACHI🐺~ Watching her brace, he bared his teeth and thrust Reese closer to the edge, eliciting a murmur of terror from the shaking boy. The wolf was maybe a bit taller than the warrior woman when at full height. Glaring at her, he yelped as she was suddenly before him, crashing into his furry frame. The movement of his jowls caused the deaf student to fall, a cry escaping his lips. Darting to the side, using his excelled speed, he snapped his jaws and circled her, glancing back towards Kuru for assistance. Huffing, he crouched, stalking like she was his prey as he watched her grab Reese. Barrelling into her, he hoped it would be enough to unsteady her so Kuru could help. ~💧RAINE💧~ Heading down the stairs and hallways expertly, she found their way to the office in no time. Opening the grand double door with a mutter and grunt of effort, she leaned against it and stared outside happily. It was a tad humid today, yes, but that was easily fixed. Face scrunching upon in concentration, she made a few clouds gather, thick above them. They blocked out some of the sun, though allowed rays the filter through and dapple the earth. Sighing contentedly, she skipped outside. However, a commotion from above caused her to look up. A werewolf dangling her brother off the edge of the building was what she first saw. Tensing her mouth gaped as Tae'Queaza knocked them over, grabbing Reese in the process. "Holy shit," she breathed out, blinking. "I guess this is a good way to demonstrate my powers." Summoning water from the earth and air, she caused everything around her to become a bit colder as she rose of a pillar of writhing water. Shards of ice formed on her skin as her stormy grey eyes locked on the werewolf. Don't mess with my brother, she thought smugly, the water wrapping around him. It was like a bubble, the orb of water lifting him from the ground. The brute struggled, attempting to paddle to the surface as he was deprived air. Smirking, she forced herself to calm, ice beginning to form around the ball of water. The clouds above began to crackle, filling with moisture in accordance to her roiling emotions. Breathing out, she conformed the water and ice to his body, leaving his head untouched to allow him to breathe. The werewolf heaved in air, panting and shivering in the icy water. He glanced around in alarm, biting vainly at the ice and water. With a grin, she stared him down. "Don't touch my brother. I don't care about your stupid plans and pranks, but leave him out of your pettiness." she snarled venomously, causing the beast to flinch. Dropping him to the floor, she slumped slightly, seeming a bit more tired. Closing her eyes, she took a steadying breath, forming a cloud beside the building with the diminishing strength she had left. I haven't used my power this much in a while, she thought to herself frustratedly, irritated at her lack of stamina. Reese gazed at her in delight, before tapping Tae'Queaza and pointing eagerly at the cloud, wriggling slightly. {Raine is a low-key bitch lmao she don't give a fuck about anyone but her brother tbh} 0 players like this post! **Illinger** He glanced up at the commotion and pulled out a cigarette. He was used to this kind of thing at his regular work, so he wasn’t too worried. This would allow him to gauge their levels of strength and where they need to grow. He would interfere if things got too dangerous. For now he would observe. He singled out the atoms in the air around his body and made them lift him up so he was floating a little ways away. He also changed their energy wavelengths so that light would refelect off of them differently making it seem like he wasn’t there. -Kuru- Tch. Mage girls thinking they can do whatever they want. You’re gonna have to try harder than that. Subdue my enemies, Omega! A large obsidian blade adorned with many amethyst gems was summoned into his hands. They glowed as his eyes did. He noticed the cloud Raine made and wondering if you could stand on it. Fen could do a trick like that... was she that strong. Then again it looked like it took a lot out of her. He whistled to Fen who flew over into Malachi. The ice surrounding him began to rapidly melt and he was instead wrapped in warm water to de hill him. Kuru stepped out onto the balcony, The woman was off balance due to Malachi’s charge and her increased weight as well as Reese’s. With Omega out he should be able to manage two gravity wells. He focused his powers on both Tae’Queaza and Raine. He turned to her,”You should probably be a bit more worried about yourself.” You could see slight distortion in the air as gravity was nearly tripled around Tae’Queaza and Raine. $$$Tae’Queaza$$$ She was happy she managed to get Reese. She turned towards the cloud he was pointing to. Was she supposed to jump to it? She moved her body to regain her balance and jump when she noticed the boy doing something. His blade was glowing, like his eyes did before she got heavier. She got a bad feeling, so she pushed Reese away from her before the sudden increase in gravity made her fully lose her balance and slam into the ground. She’s gasped as the air got knocked out of her. She flipped herself over and signed,”Get out of here, I’ll handle this.” She began to gather her strength and managed to get to her knees breathing heavily from the prior impact. 0 players like this post! ~💧RAINE💧~ "Ah." she whimpered, feeling an unseen force shoving her down. The girl trembled as she tried to rise, the water beneath her hardening into thick layers of ice to support her. Breathing hard, she licked her lips and carefully sat down, holding herself up against the immense push. Eventually, though, she had to roll onto her back with a huff of weariness, the clouds above starting to thin as her strength ebbed, forcing her to focus on the most important aspects of her power. Movement made her glance up, watching Tae'Queaza ending up in the same position as herself, Reese standing between them. ~✖︎REESE✖︎~ Finding himself now sitting, dazed, on the ground with Raine on her knees and Tae trying to push herself upright, he took a deep, calming breath. No, no, nonono, shaking his head rapidly, he bit his lip. Alright, enough was enough. Standing, he looked Kuru in the eye, smiled, and mouthed 'You will sorely regret that, friend.' Next thing he knew, a wave of pain would slam through both Kuru and Malachi, the feeling likened to having one's limbs tearing off, boiling water burning their insides. Wow. Eyes widening in both horror and delight as Malachi dropped, the weredemon panting heavily, he swallowed. So he wasn't just a healer? Being close to Tae, he could feel the amount of pressure in the air around her. Crouching, he hoped that the sudden surge of agony would be enough to lessen the push that Kuru was using to keep them down. ~⚠️XENA⚠️~ As the small girl raced to join her, a soft smile shimmered on her face. "You're so cute when you smile like that, it's amusing." shaking her head as laughter bubbled from her lips, the tall girl took Nóra's hand, leading her into the forestry fearlessly. The shadows arched around them, but the ethereal glow that emanated from Nóra's skin was enough to keep them at bay as the pair moved quietly through the peaceful silence. Finding a trail to the school, she stepped lightly along the well trodden path, elf ears vibrating alertly, demon tail drooping, stiffening every now and then upon hearing the sudden chirp of a bird or rustle in the bushes. 0 players like this post! -Kuru- Kurur grit his teeth and dropped to one knee as he was suddenly wracked with pain. For a split second his focus on the gravity wavered, but he forced himself to continue his onslaught, this time targeting Reese instead of Raine. What the hell was that. Dammit, we should’ve done some research on that kid first. A bit of blood dripped from his nose as focusing on his power to this degree as well as fighting through the pain was putting stress on his body. If that woman wasn’t there he could settle this with swordplay... $$$Tae’Queaza$$$ She looked up at Reese who instead of running seemed to be doing something of his own. Maybe it would give her a chance. She turned to Malachi and braced herself, she couldn’t waste this chance. Suddenly, for just a moment the weight ceased all at once and in that moment she lunged over to Malachi and pinned him down. He looked like he was in a lot of pain for some reason. ~✖︎REESE✖︎~ "Ow." he whimpered as Kuru began using his power to force the small boy down. Determinedly, he cast out one more, softer wave of pain. Seeing others in pain made him upset. And knowing he was causing this agony. It ripped him apart. Finally giving in, he let up on the pain, letting a soothing numbness overtake what was once pure suffering. Collapsed on the ground, he curled up, struggling to breath under the weight of the air. ~💧RAINE💧~ Taking a deep, relieved breath as the force let up, she pushed herself upright. Outstretching a hand, water separated from the main pillar she perched upon, spiralling up into the air and forming shard of ice. Leaping down onto the roof, she approached Reese quickly. "It will be okay, take deep breaths." she told him, to which he weakly nodded and smiled. Glowering at Kuru, the clouds condensed once more. Then, it began to hail. The pieces of hail were merciless. However, a sheet of water domed over herself and Reese. And, surprisingly, the icy chunks seemed to bend away from Tae'Queaza. Breaths coming in short, focused gasps, she closed her eyes and let the ice shard hover threateningly, held by orbs of water. "I'm tired out, let's take a break." she chuckled. ~🐺MALACHI🐺~ The large beast writhed, little growls of sheer agony escaping him. An added weight to the waves of pain pushed into him. Blearily, he snapped his jaws at whoever it was. The warrior woman, of course. However, he was surprised to find her attacking him. He was all but incapacitated as he tried to collect himself. Kuru was the one doing the damage here, not him. Abruptly, the pain vanished, being replaced with... nothingness. Regaining his strength, he heaved against her, snapping his jaws, kicking her off and pouncing on her, amber eyes glowing with amusement. 0 players like this post! Like? |

-Kuru- He raised his greatsword to block the shards of ice from his face. His armor blocked his vitals, but the shards tore into his arms and parts of his legs. He noticed that pain has let up as well. Looks like the kid wasn’t interested in fighting then.... Kuru did have a bit of chivalry and wasn’t going to continue to attack someone who was done fighting. He released the gravity on Reese and ran over to Malachi and the woman, shooting Raine a glare. (though his visor was down so she probably couldn’t see it.) $$$Tae’Queaza$$$ Damnit, if she had her hammer these two would be nothing. Alright, it looked like they were go8ng to leave Reese, and Raine alone. No need to hold back anymore. Her body recovers rapidly so she could fight without tiring. This wolf boy on the other hand has to be slowing at least a bit. She took a deep breath and aimed a flurry of 5 punches into Malachi’s stomach. “If it’s a brawl there’s no way I can lose,” she thought. Her eyes flashed with confidence. This is what she wanted. ~🐺MALACHI🐺~ Although he managed to block the end of her sudden outburst, he had received some incredibly powerful blows to his stomach. Baring his teeth, his eyes began to swirl with shadows, horns glowing faintly. It was at that point that a stab of pain seared him, a warning from his collar. Holy water stung his blood, making it feel as if his insides were on fire. Gasping, he stepped back and gripped his skull until the pain subsided, with his horns and eyes reverting back to normal. Hackles raised, he crouched and slammed his cranium into her body, his short, blunted horns stabbing her dully, though not sharp enough to break the skin. If it had been Xena who was fighting, her horns would've pierced trough the flesh of her enemy, alike to an angry bull in a bull fight. 0 players like this post! Like? |
