Announcement: I will not be online as much as before, so I will not be able to look at this thread. Therefore, I decided on three co-owners: Jelly, Kota, and Nami. They will be watching the thread for me when I'm not online. I will still be on, but not as much. Plot: You are from a magical land, Theadia. You're working, and then you get a letter in the mail. Dear Y/N, Greetings, Y/N. I am sending this letter to you because I have seen your powers, and noticed you cannot control them well. I am inviting you to my school, Theadia's School For Magicals. Please, consider coming. You will have everything you need there, and have a dorm mate. Sincerely, Head Mistress Kiradoe. Of course, you accept. The school is beautiful. Colored orbs float in the air, lighting up the school in a beautiful rainbow. There are three floors. Your dorm is huge, more floating balls bumping against the ceiling. Rules: -NO CURSING -DO NOT KILL ANYONE. THIS IS A SCHOOL, NOT WAR. -Please be active. -PM me if you would like to be a teacher -Drama is like the biggest yes ever, so, yeah. Weylyn| 17 | Male | Pyrokinetic Locations: Front of campus | Mentions: Arvik / Illinger - Open Looking up towards the school as they drew nearer and nearer, he couldn’t help but get a little excited, a bit impatient to see what the room he’d be staying in would look like. He was hoping the bed wasn’t too soft, his body had accommodated to sleeping on a thin hard surface, and he doesn’t really know how he’d react to anything else. Then he thought back to his roommates, what would they be like? Were there already kids in his room? Settled in and buddies, Weylyn bursting in to disturb the friendly vibe like he usually did. He wasn’t exactly, normal afterall. He lacked emotions most of the time and this wasn't entirely by choice, he just didn’t really know how to call them forth, or how to react correctly during certain situations. He could feel his fire pushing from within him again, his stomach heating up as well as his right forearm. **Illinger** He noticed a slight increase in temperature when he asked his question. He believed it was coming from weylyn. Must have an ability related to heat in some way. It’s customary for such abilities to be closely linked to emotions. He decided not to pry any further and simply nodded and smiled. “It was a surprise when I first came to a place like this too. While naturally I had been to college, where I come from people don’t have magic or special abilities. My first encounter with such events were quite mind-blowing.” It did bring back memories of when his current boss first ran into him. He pushed open the doors revealing the wide main hallway. It branched off into various other hallways until finally ending with a large staircase. On the left there was the main office and bulletin board. He quickly walked over and checked the directory. “Ahh, it says here that the two of you will be in the same room. He was left speechless with all the hallways and the large stainless staircase at the far end, he could practically see his reflection on the floor. He almost didn’t hear the teacher mention his roommate, and as it finally settled in he paused, eyes darting over to look at Arvik. ”Shit.” he cursed in his head, looks like that first awkwardness wasn’t quite over yet. The way they first met made his skin crawl, he’d forgotten to say his name, and he thought the boy was too friendly despite the way he spoke with little emotion. He’d stared at Weylyn for way longer than the pale boy would have liked, and could almost feel like this kid was going to be clingly. What would it be like sharing a confined space with him for so long? ~🐾JAY🐾~ With a chittering, alike to laughter, he twitched his whiskers, sending one last pawful of water in Felix's direction. Ducking smoothly beneath the ripple-ridden surface, the otter twirled in a spiral. His sleek dark brown, streaked with faint navy, physique darted lower and lower into the crystal clear aqua depths. Whiskers plastered to his cheeks, eyes half-closed. Eventually, he came to a stop, pads patting against the sandy bed that sat heavily beneath the grand blanket of water. Grains swirled up around his webbed paws. Explosions of muddied sand burst around him, clouding his form. Suddenly, he sprung up from the bottom of the lake, almost as if he was soaring into the azure sky. ~💥SETH💥~ Rubbing a hand over his flushed face, the boy let his eyes fall closed. Inhaling deeply through his nose, he hunched forwards momentarily. Lips parting, he peeled his eyelids open over his multicoloured optics. Blinking a few times, clearing his thoughts, he carefully dampened down his... explosive tendencies with gentle control. "No, no. I'm sure he'll survive. He was okay before I met him." he smiled. 'Although, it's not him I'm worried about. He hasn't often been around so many young humanoids and creatures without me,' came his mild mental concern. FELIX Felix rolled his eyes as the otter disappeared under the water. He watched the surface as ripples ran through it. His mind wandered away to tomorrow. Tomorrow. The day he would be coming out to his dad. The day his dad would meet his boyfriend. The day his dad would probably disown him. A worried look clouded his face. ~🐾JAY🐾~ Peering up from the crystal clear waters, a shadow crossed his petite features. The worry marring Felix's face was unsettling. It seemed the other boy had more concerns than he revealed. Whiskers twitching, brows creasing, the otter cut swiftly through the water. Sleek physique slipping smoothly, water rushing through his pelt, he broke the surface. With a huff, he blinked up at Felix. Paddling to the shore, he gripped the sodden earthy sand. Hauling himself out, he shook out his damp fur. Most of the water simply streamed off his body, leaving him mostly dry. Shiny dark brown-navy pelt transforming into thick fluff, he shapeshifted into a wolf. Bones growing, triangular ears and lanky legs replacing his otter form, a feathered tail curling proudly over his back. Curling around Felix, a rumbling murmur boiled in his throat, a comforting, purr-like whine, head taking rest upon the boy's shoulder. ~💥SETH💥~ Kicking the covers off of him, he shuffled over to grasp Quinn's hand. Using the other boy to steady himself, he hopped off the bed. The heel of his palm dug into his eye, rubbing away the remaining weariness. Blinking rapidly, he couldn't hold back a yawn. Licking his lips, he smiled affectionately at Quinn. Glancing down at himself, he blushed upon realising he was only wearing boxers. He let a slight grin onto his face, feeling the furred cranium on his shoulder. He smiled affectionately at Jay, chuckling softly. QUINN Quinn let out a soft laugh as Seth pulled on his shorts. He rolled his hazel eyes. ”Right, off to find Kaboom.” He chuckled softly, taking up a quick walk until he reached Seth’s side. He began walking down the halls until he came to their room. He held out his hand and in his palm were two silver keys. “Please be sure not to lose them. Don’t worry too much as I can easily make a replacement, but I would hope such a thing wouldn’t be necessary. For now get situated and settle your room. If you’re interested we are conducting an assessment test in the courtyard. You may participate or just watch if you please. Otherwise I’m sure there are some students running around here playing hooky. Or you could simply rest, I’m sure your journey has left you tired. “ #Denki# He hopped up from the ground and looked over at the group that seemed ready to come up next. “Yoooooo, Doc says we’re good to go whenever. Inside were two bunk beds either side the room, a large desk between them under a long window. He walked briskly over to the left side, throwing his backpack on the bottom bunk. Looking down at his right arm he knew he’d need it facing away from Arvik, there’d been cases of it catching fire in the night and he didn’t want him swinging any sparks in the boy’s direction. He thought of going to the courtyard but decided against it, he just wanted to go for a calm walk around the school, didn’t really feel like using his power and wasting energy, because now that he thought about it, his trip here had been exhausting. He sat down on the bed, running his left hand across the smooth thick blanket, the corner of his lips twitching upwards beneath the mask. He almost felt. Bad. Those other kids at the orphanage wouldn’t get to feel something like this unless they were adopted, so he’d make sure to take advantage of his time here and not waste a single second.
