Announcement: I will not be online as much as before, so I will not be able to look at this thread. Therefore, I decided on three co-owners: Jelly, Kota, and Nami. They will be watching the thread for me when I'm not online. I will still be on, but not as much. Plot: You are from a magical land, Theadia. You're working, and then you get a letter in the mail. Dear Y/N, Greetings, Y/N. I am sending this letter to you because I have seen your powers, and noticed you cannot control them well. I am inviting you to my school, Theadia's School For Magicals. Please, consider coming. You will have everything you need there, and have a dorm mate. Sincerely, Head Mistress Kiradoe. Of course, you accept. The school is beautiful. Colored orbs float in the air, lighting up the school in a beautiful rainbow. There are three floors. Your dorm is huge, more floating balls bumping against the ceiling. Rules: -NO CURSING -DO NOT KILL ANYONE. THIS IS A SCHOOL, NOT WAR. -Please be active. -PM me if you would like to be a teacher -Drama is like the biggest yes ever, so, yeah. Ayaka Making her way through the school doors, with her schoolbag nervously gripped by her sweaty hands, she slowly turned her head from left to right, observing the interior walls with awe. A tingling sensation started to rise up to her lungs from the depths of her stomach, her heart rate increasing, her blood pounding. "I....hope I'll be able to fit in......." She began to start taking slower breaths at a time, as she started to wander into the halls of the huge school. She wasn't sure where she was supposed to be, who she should meet, and what she was doing. She definitely didn't want to get in trouble on her first day here, it would leave a scar like the rest of her unforgettable memories that caused her sheer embarrassment. Her mind was filled with thoughts and questions that couldn't be answered, for she was too shy to ask for any directions; she wasn't even sure if there was anyone who was near her. It became harder for her to breath, her whole entire body was being weighed down by the deep pressure that surrounded her senses. Her vision became a blur, as she frantically turned around looking for anyone she could distinguish. "Wh-what's....happening to me?....." her voice whispered with a short quiver. She lost her way from where she was walking, searching eagerly and trying to retrace her steps. Her symptoms became worse, as she started to hyperventilate, her breath wheezing with intense nervousness. "Please don't... please don't do this to me...." Dropping her school bag, she clenched the sides of her hair tightly into her trembling hands. The swirling atmosphere of her dizziness started to take place, getting faster and faster as each second passed. Stammering from side to side, her legs became stiff, as she collapsed hard onto the floor, her whole body, covered in cold sweat. "Stop...stop please!!...." Some tears started to drop from her winced eyes, and she buried her face into the palms of her hand. She wasn't sure why she was having the worst case of her panic attack, nor did she know how to stop it, so she continued to stay where she was, hoping with all of her tiny heart that the hell she was experiencing, will end. ~🐾JAY🐾~ Pouting, he huffed. "You wouldn't dare." he retorted, face back to smiling when Felix admitted he wouldn't. After a few more moments, they reached the clearing. Jay grinned at the sight of the lake. Sunlight danced merrily over the surface, sparkles of light reflecting off the water. It was an ethereal place. So peaceful, calm, soothing. Exhaling, he allowed himself to step towards the waters edge. Briefly releasing Felix's hand, he sat by the shore, dipping his bare feet into the water. It was cool, but not exceptionally cold. It was pleasantly refreshing. ~💥SETH💥~ "Uhhh..." scrunching up his face, he shrugged. "I think so? It sounds about right." Nodding, he playfully patted Quinn's head. "Good job." he giggled. ~🏹ODIN🏹~ Face still faintly red, he allowed himself to be practically dragged away, though the grip was gentle. Emotions rippled through him, enhanced by the skin connection. Entranced pale lilac and mint green eyes darted up to Killian's face. Snapping out of it when the stables came into view, he considerably perked up. "Over there." he indicated towards the structure. ~🕒SKYE🕘~ "See ya around!" she replied with a chuckle. Waving back, she grinned, watching the pair leave. "Gay." she whispered under her breath, barely audible even to herself. Attention turning to Bain, she shrugged, nodding simultaneously. "Sounds good, I'm not that hungry, but it'll be good to learn my way around." after a moment, she gave him a sidelong glance. "Hey, why is your brother so nice? How is he the younger brother of the Grand Edgelord Supreme?" {I got more piercings today so I’m kinda sore} FELIX Felix playfully stuck his tongue out at Jay. ”Try me.” He challenged with a growl. Felix shook his head, smiling. He followed Jay, sitting beside him. He leaned his head against his boyfriend’s shoulder, legs curled up to avoid the water as much as possible. QUINN Quinn chuckled. ”Hah, yes, I got it!” He said, amused. He playfully ruffled Seth’s hair before leaning away to protect his own hair from Seth’s revenge, if any. ”Hey, wanna play truth or dare? We could learn more about each other!” He suggested. He knew almost everything about Seth, but there was still so much Seth didn’t know about Quinn. {Should I make Peter real here too? XD muahaha} KILLIAN Well aware that he made Odin blush, Killian grinned triumphantly. He chuckled softly and followed Odin to the stables, where students with equine companions could leave them safely. He glanced at Odin, still grinning. BAIN Bain shrugged, heading down a hallway. He paused and waited for Skye, rubbing the back of his neck. ”Dunno. I guess when our parents died, it affected us differently. He was in the crash and he survived, so I guess he saw it as a warning or something. ~🐾JAY🐾~ Rolling his eyes, he didn't respond, simply allowing his senses to branch out. Breathing deeply, the scents of Felix, the forestry and the creatures within it flooding through him. The sound of scuffling amongst the undergrowth, the texture of the sandy grass beneath his fingers, the soothing lap of water against his shins, Felix leaning on his shoulder. Serenity descended upon him as the boy accessed his deepest primal sensory abilities, eyes fluttering closed. ~💥SETH💥~ Snorting as Quinn abruptly decided to muss his auburn curls, Seth growled in an animalistic manner. However, the short boy didn't fight back, simply rolling his kaleidoscope eyes, reaching up to comb his fingers through his own locks, settling them back down as much as his wild hair could be tamed. Shrugging, he grinned. "Sure. Who asks first?" although not being particularly accustomed to human games, he had played this in the village. The kids there preferred 'dare', as they were all quite a rambunctious bunch. {I'm pretty sure Peter is real here. Wasn't the story that Quinn put him up for adoption, a person from Seth's village adopted him and Seth kinda looked after him until he was taken away to become a foster kid? ovo} ~🏹ODIN🏹~ Killian's grin made his complexion darken to a crimson. "Wh-Why are you grinning like that." he muttered, gaze trained on the ground. Glancing up, resolutely away from Killian's face, Odin bit his lip, empath powers reaching out to find Sleipnir. The equine emitted a whinny, clearly sensing Odin's calming presence as they entered the barn. The grey dapple gelding swung his cranium over the gate, ears swivelling forwards eagerly. With a giggle, the boy let his hand stroke down Sleipnir's muzzle softly. "I missed you too, bud." Odin smiled lovingly, planting a light kiss on the equine's nose. {Hehe I bet Ki wishes Odin was doing that to HIM >;3} ~🕒SKYE🕘~ "Huh." giggling, she tried to imagine the well-mannered, optimistic boy she had just met as broody and dark like his older brother. "That would be strange." she mumbled, more to herself, but still audible to Bain. Although she had only met Killian briefly, she couldn't see him as a pessimistic person. FELIX Felix sighed softly. He eventually let his legs stretch out. He lay back in the grass, water lapping at his feet. Felix stared up at the sky. He studied clouds, trying to find shapes hidden in them. He stifled a sleepy yawn and stretched his arms. QUINN "You can go first." Quinn offered. He seemed rather surprised Seth decided against taking revenge on him. Quinn narrowed his eyes and leaned back in again, still being careful. He was completely alert, ready to move as soon as Seth tried to mess up his hair as well. {AAAAAA idek I thought we were using that for the other before deciding against it?) KILLIAN The boy didn't respond. He lightly tugged on the chain connecting his helix piercing and lobe piercing. He did this out of habit, and it didn't hurt him one bit. It just signaled that he was wary, or suspicious. Killian seemed to relax after seeing Sleipnir. "Well, he seems happy to see you." Ki laughed softly. glanced around the stable. It was mostly empty. He only assumed most students didn't have horses or ponies. {Big timeeeeeeeeeee} BAIN "Strange?" He laughed. "You haven't seen strange until you see him get into a physical fight. He's short, to me at least. But he can beat me any day of the week." He said with a small grin. "Psh, just when I thought you'd started warming up to me, you gotta tease me about being edgy?" ~🐾JAY🐾~ Stiffening infinitesimally, the boy peeled his eyelids back, revealing narrowed azure optics. His calculating gaze swept the terrain, before shifting into wolf form. The canine stretched, back legs kicking the clothes off of his frame. Audits rotating alertly, his eyes continuously darted about, a scent triggering his protective instincts. If his memory served him correctly, that was the stench of werewolves, though peculiarly mixed with that of dark magic, something that was common with demons. Glancing back at Felix, he almost twitched, wolf senses emphasising the other's tantalising scent. No, I'm over that, he scolded himself mentally, focusing on paying attention to their surroundings. Standing tall, Jay padded forwards, emitting a warning growl towards the forestry. Slowly, a rough bark sounded back, before a hulking shape emerged. The dark brown beast looked down upon the wolf, long ears flicking forwards. A collar was tight around the werewolf's neck, a magic enhanced charm in the form of a glowing red pentagram hanging from it like a dog tag. Jay relaxed back, knowing that the werewolf was simply one of the students. However, he was still wary, especially when another, slightly darker one appeared beside the first, this second one considerably less defensive. It padded over, on all fours, before laying down and wagging its tail, the first, lighter werewolf remaining on its hindlegs. Jay backed off, rejoining Felix, keeping an eye on them all, quickly noticing the presence of demon horns upon their craniums. How odd... {Those two troublemakers are my weredemon twins, Malachi and Xena >:3} ~💥SETH💥~ Biting his lip, Seth hummed thoughtfully. "Uhhhh... what is your biggest... fear?" asking a little uncertainly, just saying the first question that came to mind, he hoped that the query didn't make Quinn uncomfortable or bring back bad memories. Cocking his head slightly, he regarded his boyfriend with expectant eyes. {Idec tbh} ~🏹ODIN🏹~ He didn't answer my question, the boy thought anxiously, tightening his grip on the coarse mane weaved between his fingers. Breathing deeply, he quickly quelled any doubtful or worrisome thoughts, rather forcefully. "I hope you aren't gonna get lonely..." glancing outside, noticing there was a paddock connected to the back of his stall, Odin smiled. "Perfect! I'll let ya out, bud, and go get you something to eat." rubbing down Sleipnir's muzzle, the elven boy quickly unlatched the stall door, slipping inside, not even bothering to close it beside him, trusting the mountain pony to remain at his side. Trotting over to the back door, Odin opened that, pushing it open wide. Stepping out of the way, he giggled as the grey dapple gelding galloped past him, racing a lap around the entirety of the field. With one last amused glance, he walked back inside, looking around curiously. "Wanna come and see if we can find the hay bales?" he offered, looking up at Killian hopefully. ~🕒SKYE🕘~ Rolling her eyes, the student crossed her arms over her chest defensively. "Not my fault you're a big ol' emo." she retorted, a hint of a smile tugging at her pouted lips. Shrugging, she let her arms drop. "Anywho, I'm surprised you admitted that he's stronger than ya. I'd never give my little brother any credit." Skye smirked, tilting her head slightly. Cracking her neck, she sighed and rolled her shoulders back, her joints seeming to crack strangely often. An ache in her knee caused her to also elicit a cracking sound from the joint when she bent it, a contented smile coming to her face. FELIX Felixsat up, gaze following Jay. He tilted his head. He grinned. ”I won’t ever get used to that. Hey, we gotta head back soon. Leaving soon, k?” He asked, warm chocolate gaze locked on the canine. He thought about why he had a leave and found himself fighting back tears. ”Damnit.” He growled, digging the heels of his palms into his eyes. QUINN Quinn hummed, taking a few moments to think about the question. ”My biggest fear?” He exhaled. ”Phew. Right. My biggest fear would have to be...” He paused, thinking of the answer. ”Hm. My parents, I guess.” He answered honestly. KILLIAN Killian nodded. ”Oui. We can go look, if you want.” He grinned. Killian subconsciously pulled on an earring, sighing softly to himself. It hurt slightly, as the piercing was rather new, but it had become a habit to him. Exactly like tracing his tattoo when he was uncomfortable or anxious. BAIN Bain scoffed. ”Hey, gotta give the kid some credit. He’s been through a lot, way more than somebody his age should ever have to go through.” He sighed, scratching the back of his neck. His pace quickened to match Skye’s. He looked at her with a weird look of concern in his light brown eyes. ”Jesus. My brother cracks everything like that all the time. It’s freaky. He’s triple jointed or something. ~🐾JAY🐾~ The canine froze, the smell of salt tangy in the air. Both weredemons paused too, glowing eyes fixating upon the human boy amongst the beasts. Jay wound around Felix, licking the boy's face and whining, tail desperately trying to wag. Looking up at the weredemons, he snarled, pelt bristling. 'Piss off' his posture screamed, which they seemed to understand. The male beast dipped his head in acknowledgement, before the pair slipped away into the trees. Surprised at the lack of open hostility and aggression, Jay quickly refocused on Felix. Now that they were alone, the wolf padded over to his clothes, hunkering down to conceal as much of his modesty as possible when he shifted back. With a twinge of pain, his now human figure swiftly yanked on his hoodie, the baggy item covering most of his body until he could pull on pants. Now clothed, he sat beside Felix, arms wrapping protectively around his boyfriend. "Shhh, I've got you, it's okay to cry. It's not a sign of weakness, it shows that you care. You're human, not a robot, you have emotions, so don't ever feel like you have to suppress them." Jay uttered soothingly, head resting atop Felix's ~💥SETH💥~ Brows drawing together, he leaned back slightly. "Oh, I'm... sorry you had to deal with them for most of your life..." trailing off, he bit his lip. Trying to cheer up the conversation, he grinned suddenly. "Okay, now you can ask me a question." Seth snuggled up against Kaboom, the beast emitting a low rumble of contentment. ~🏹ODIN🏹~ Wrinkling his nose, he briefly glanced at Killian. "That's French, right?" he guessed, a little surprised the other knew foreign languages. With a fleeting smile, he turned and trotted off towards the back of the barn, soon spotting the bales of hay. Breaking off two biscuits of hay, the elven boy inhaled the sweet scent, a pleasant memory of home. After a moment, he discovered a small bucket of treats, retrieving a carrot. The quarry held carefully, the hay spiking his skin slightly, Odin jogged back over to Killian. "Hehe, never mind, I found everything." he grinned, before quickly depositing the hay in the food trough before Sleipnir could race over. "You wanna give him the carrot? All you do is hold it out by the base and he'll bite off half of it. I can feed him the rest, unless you're comfortable with holding your hand out, fingers together and resting the carrot on your palm? Sleip'll take it gently." he offered, holding out the orange vegetable to the other boy. ~🕒SKYE🕘~ With a grimace, she shook her head. "Ew, flexibility. I'm definitely not the most flexible person you'll ever meet. I can do basic stuff like bend my thumb backwards and curl up in awkward positions, but not as much as a contortionist." shrugging, she grinned. "I have weak joints, and I'm double-jointed." the student explained softly, rubbing the back of her neck. Breathing out, rather loudly, making it sound like a sigh, she blinked blearily, trying not to show her lack of sleep. As they walked into the cafeteria, Skye made a beeline for the tables, claiming one and immediately flopping down on it, had resting on her arms that were crossed over the tabletop. {Creepy owo} 0 players like this post! FELIX Felix sighed softly. ”I know. I’m just a bit worried, I guess.” The boy took his hands from his eyes. He blinked, leaning into Jay. ”Thanks for being here for me, Jay.” He murmured softly. ”You have no idea how much it means to me.” He whispered. QUINN Quinn shrugged. ”It’s okay, I’m away from them now! They won’t hurt me here.” He said optimistically. ”’K, truth or dare?” He grinned, mischievous hazel eyes never loosing their energy. KILLIAN ”Yeah, it is. I can speak French, I have a lot of French friends and i’ve visited quite often.” He nodded. Killian rolled his dark eyes, grinned. ”Alrighty then. I guess you do.” He playfully ruffled the elven boy’s hair. He took the carrot. ”Jeez, I’ve been around horses for a decade, Odin. I guess you didn’t know. But, I’m a show rider. Or, used to be. We had to sell the horses after my parents passed.” He sighed, quickly averting his gaze. BAIN Bain chuckled. ”Killian’s probably flexible enough to be a contortionist. He doesn’t do as much tricks as he used to, though. I guess if you want, I can ask him to show off his flexibility next time we see him.” The boy offered, following Skye to the table. ”You alright, Skye? "You've always been there when I needed support, what sort of boyfriend would I be if I didn't return the favour?" he grinned playfully, gently trying to lighten the mood. "Wanna start heading back, or stay a little bit longer?" Wolf ears and tail appearing, the bushy banner extending from his backside curled around Felix's back, soft canine audits twitching, brushing against the top of his boyfriend's head. ~💥SETH💥~ Wrinkling his nose, he grinned. "Dare." he responded without hesitation. Sitting up straight, he met Quinn's gaze challengingly, a smirk pulling at the corner of his lips. ~🏹ODIN🏹~ Emitting a high squeak when Killian's hand ruffled his hair, the boy scowled for a moment, though he couldn't stay grumpy for long, the strength of the other's positive emotions overriding his own. Brows raising, he gasped. "Oh, that's cool! I guess I didn't need to tell you how to feed Sleip a carrot then, huh?" Odin giggled sheepishly, face flushing. "Where I come from we don't 'show' our horses, we're more tribal in our ways." ~🕒SKYE🕘~ With a soft groan, she turned her head slightly to blink at him out of one eye. "Oof... yeah, I'm always tired." she chuckled half-heartedly, stifling a yawn into her arm. "I always wanna sleep in the day, and then it takes ages to get to sleep at night." Skye admitted, huffing. "And I think I'm alright without seeing your brother do freaky shit with his body." she stuck out her tongue, fully aware that someone with their mind in the gutter could interpret that wrongly. 0 players like this post! FELIX Felix grinned. ”I’m so damn lucky to have you, ya know that?” He grumbled in mock annoyance. ”We can head back now, I guess.” Felix decided, giggling as Jay’s canine ears brushed across his hair. QUINN ”Hmmmm, let’s see...” He drew in a breath, falling silent and thinking. After a few moments of thoughtful silence, a wicked smirk crept onto his features. ”Okay, I dare you to lick the bottom of your foot.” He challenged, chuckling. KILLIAN Killian nodded. He rubbed the back of his neck. ”I did shows a lot more when I was about 13. I mainly just did trails and whatnot until my parents passed.” He pulled out his phone, scrolling through a few photos until he stopped. He turned the screen to face the elven boy. ”This was my horse. I named him Mickey Mouse. We had six horses, but he was always my favorite.” He said. The horse in the picture was a handsome buckskin thoroughbred stallion. He had a flaxen mane and dazzling blue eyes. BAIN Bain nodded. ”Jeez you sound like my brother. I don’t even think he sleeps, actually. He’s always awake whenever I get home at like... four in the morning. He’ll just be sitting there, waiting for me.” He chuckled softly. ~🐾JAY🐾~ With a hint of a smirk, he stood. "You sure are." he agreed playfully. Extending his arm, grounding his legs in case Felix tried any tricks, he offered his hand to his boyfriend to help him get up. Wolf tail wagging, his ears angled towards the other, focusing solely on his boyfriend. ~💥SETH💥~ Brows raising, he rolled his eyes. "You're evil." he groaned, though quickly pulled his bare foot up to his face. With an incredibly deadpan expression, his tongue darted out to lick the sole of his foot, before he lowered it back to the grass. Looking up at Quinn with a triumphant grin, he chuckled. "I've done weirder things." he nodded solemnly. "Okay, truth or dare?" ~🏹ODIN🏹~ Blinking when Killian pulled out a phone, not quite accustomed to the modernised place he was in, he almost flinched when the other turned the lit up screen towards him. On the device was an image of a gorgeous, fine-boned equine with a buckskin coat, a flaxen mane and bright azure eyes. Grinning, he glanced up. "What breed is he? I'm not accustomed to horse breeds, as I grew up with mostly mountain ponies, hardy and tough. He looks quite graceful." ~🕒SKYE🕘~ "Huh, he sounds like an insomniac," she commented. "I'm more of that person who falls asleep at 1am and wakes up at 6am." the student sighed dramatically. Rolling her eyes at Bain's words, she smirked half-heartedly. "You have no idea how bad my mind is, bro. I knew that you would find that dirty in some way." a soft chuckle escaped her. "Also, why are you getting home at four in the morning, exactly?" raising a brow, her half-opened chocolate eyes darted up to his face inquisitively. 0 players like this post! FELIX Felix rolled his eyes. He grinned, reaching out and grabbing Jay's outstretched hand. He used his partners hand to pull himself to his feet. He then released Jay's hand. Felix quickly reached up and ruffled Jay's hair, stepping out of range so Jay couldn't get back at him. QUINN Quinn stuck out his tongue. "Ew, gross!!" He said. "You've really done worse? Wait, no. I don't want to know." He decided quickly, shaking his head. "'K, dare." He sighed. "Do your worst." He challenged. KILLIAN "Mickey Mouse was a thoroughbred." He explained. "Purebred, too." He smiled. "Bain wasn't too big of a fan of the horses, but he had a favorite as well." He flipped the phone around and tapped the next picture, before again showing Odin. On the screen was a laughing Bain, standing beside a pretty, grullo Sorraia mare. BAIN Bain shook his head. "I don't think he's an insomniac. He sleeps, but only for about two hours. And he can always function like... as close to a human he usually acts.. no matter if h sleeps or not." He averted his gaze as Skye questioned him. "Dunno."
