So, We all know that when you implement clan fees people have to make the effort to pay them. Well I propose a feature that can be set By clan Leaders to acts as a form of TOS for the clan. For instance when Joining a site you are generally required to check a box that says something along the lines of "By creating an account you are agreeing to abide by all of so and so's terms and conditions.

HOWEVER, Instead of terms and conditions when someone goes to join it pops up with something like "this clan requires a monthly renewal fee of 250SB, Do you still wish to join?" The feature WILL NOT Automatically remove SB from your Account it will simply create a membership agreement that sends out a monthly renewal fee notice on the 1st(or whatever day the clan leader sets) to each current clan member. Once you sign up you will begin a running balance due to the clan. from the time the message is send to say 14 Days you can pay this. IF it is NOT Paid, the clan leader gets a notice saying "these clan members have not paid membership fees in 14 days, If you would like to lock their memberships until fees are paid please do so from the clan page." Once someone is locked they will be "blocked" in sorts from posting/viewing clan events including clan hoard/in clan raffles/forum contests Etc. in order to unlock themselves they have to go to the clan and pay their"outstanding balance" to do so there would be 2 Buttons"Pay all Fees" or Apply X amount to your balance" for those who need to make payments. the locked portion would only apply to the fee amount that is overdue.During this time members will also be locked into clan membership meaning they cant leave until they pay the balance and unlock themselves. Like Paying for a product. You can't take something from a store without paying for it.


I think this feature would make it easier to keep track of active members and members who are only there to take what they can get. Like working for free. you can't buy nice rewards for the clan if you don't have the funds.

Edit: Due to some awesome suggestions, In Addition to there being restrictions on clan members who don't pay fees. Clan Fee amount would need to be confirmed by the clan Owner once every 30 days and once confirmed could not be changed for 30 Days at which time the new confirmation would be required.

In addition members who have locked accounts would be Charged the current rate of the month of which their account was locked only. once the rate was changed their outstanding balance would remain locked without interest. Once paid A message would Appear stating something along the lines of "Thank you for contributing your fees to the clan bank, Membership fees may have changed in the last 30 days, Would you like to stay in this clan> (Yes/No). Please understand that clicking yes means you adhere to all clan rules and all new fees must be paid before you may leave."
