The other day, I accidentally discarded a custom decor due to a slip of the thumb and never got it back. I believe this was due to the Use and Throw Out buttons on mobile lioden being very close together

The throw out button could be easily misclicked

I suggest that the buttons could be moved further apart?
I am aware that there's a pop up warning asking if you really want to throw it out but sometimes with pop ups people (I know I do) tend to click them away too fast without reading what they actually say. My other suggestion is that there could be another warning at the top of the page like with transfers?
