Rosepetal padded back into camp, still soaking wet. Her fur seemed to dry slower because of how long it was. When she got into camp, she sat in the nursery, washing herself to dry her fur faster. Curling up, she sighed. If her mate wasn't going to visit her, why was she having his kits? She though sadly. Oh well, its too late for that, She muttered to herself. NightStar thought about that, sighing. She could always retire instead of waiting for death. Couldn't she? Well, that was far away, it didn't matter. Now mattered. Her ears perked up suddenly as she remembered something. She turned around and jumped onto wetrock. "ALL CATS OLD ENOUGH TO SWIPE A FISH FROM THE RIVER, GATHER 'ROUND WETROCK FOR A CLAN MEETING!" Rosepetal padded out confused. She licked around her belly, quite hungry. She would wait until Nightstar was done her announcement. She sat beneath the wet rock watching her leader. Her frosted eyes seemed glazed for a minute. Hopefully it was good news? 0 players like this post! Like? |

Seeing the cats gathered at her feet, she meowed "Cats of riverclan, a few days ago, i received a prophecy, and its not a good one." Nightstar said seriously, then recited it "Blood red night, cold winter snow, Thunder, wind, shadow find shelter from the cold. The night embraces them, though streams run dry. Death, pain, and is nye. Land prey runs scarce, cats in need of homes, though wil night continue to help? Nobody knows. A single petal, a single rose, grieving from the past, comes back home, cut and bashed. News the rose brings, death has come, Time to tame the serpants tounge." Nightstar took a breath. "I have received word that the other clans have received prophecies as well. Fogstar has called an emergency gathering." Nightstar paused to let her cats soak it in. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Rosepetal looked hazed watching her leader worriedly. Wouldn't they have to leave their homes soon? This prophecy could mean they'll die if they stay here! Redpelt-42 Moons-Warrior-Location: Clan camp-Mentions:Nightstar Redpelt's eyes widened when Nightstar finished, however one part was caught in Redpelt's mind 'Streams run dry' did that meant the RiverClan would have a drought, and the other clans recieved prophecies too? his eyes wandered to Nightstar, he worried for a second about the kits, but he would be strong for the clan and strong for his and kits. Nightstar looked at the worried cat faces. "After i recieved the prophecy, i took a trip to the moonstone, to speak with starclan. Dont fret, our camp will be safe." She smiled. "As for the 'emergency meeting' the cats who will go will be: Redpelt, rosepetal, thistlepaw, thistleclaw, lionpaw, cottentuft and me." She nodded. "Clan dissmissed." Rosepetal shook her head slightly looking at the sky. Had Starclan doomed them? She winced feeling her kits move. They can't come until it is over! She knew they would come before it, but she had to try to keep them to her, she can't let them be born when she might not have enough milk to feed them!
