NightStar stopped in her tracks, RosePetal and Redpelt almost crashing into her. " Redpelt, take RosePetal to my den, I'll be right back." Slate chose to stay quiet but decided to show himself, pretty sure eventually someone will know he's there. The rogue stood up and walked closely to the she-cat he inspected the she-cat with a half-smile funny. it's as if he's looking into a mirror. Except it's a she-cat with green eyes. He then looked over his shoulders making sure there aren't any other cats hiding, back to the she-cat waiting for a response. 0 players like this post! Like? |

He blinked and surprised at the reaction of the she-cat, he could tell she was the leader. Normally, he would be hissed at and kicked out of the territory, but this didn't happen so he looked at the she-cat again. "I'm Slate" he said, "I've heard quite a lot about clans." he added. "I've also heard an argument from your way, So I've decided to Inspect" he added. "I want to join your clan" he finished. He doesn't normally speak a lot. Nightstar looked the male up and down once more. "Well, you appear fit enough. Why would you want to join my clan?" NightStar asked. As a kit, her nickname had been Medusa, because whenever a male looked into her eyes, they became entranced, but NightStar could never tell if it was true. Slate smiled a small smile at the females response, by the looks of it, you can't tell if it's actually a smile, he then blinked and sighed, "I'm normally a loner but I want to see what it's like to be apart of said clan." he said. The male then followed with "You don't seem like other leaders. Usually I would be forbidden from entering their territory." he said. he licked his muzzle. Slate took one more look over his shoulder then followed the she-cat. He entered the camp. Bigger than what he expected he slowed his pace to walking as he inspected the place. he followed the leader to her den, empty. He wondered if she has a deputy? he then noticed her sitting in her nest her eyes glowing from the dark. He smiled, noticing her tail, he looked at her "I can" he replied then licked his paw and cleansed himself. He watched the female still waiting for a response, then turned his head to the entrance, breath-taking view of the camp. He has wandered the woods. And hunt for his own. He hadn't trusted or depended on anyone. He was pretty sure they would back stab him any chance they could get. He then flicked his ears and watched the female's every move. Cottontuft looked outside of the Warrior's den and caught scent of an unfamiliar cat, he slowly lifted himself up and headed torwards the scent. The leader had brought a rogue into camp, Cottontuft padded up to her leader and took a look at the rogue. He let out a sigh wondering why he was getting into this, "so, what's going on here?" he asked as he sat down and gave a scratch to his ear. " I'm guessing a rogue? He watched her pad out the den and followed. He stopped for a second as he noticed it was..dark already??? he then brushed it off and continued. "Thank you." he replied. And after awhile "What is it?" he asked, it was colder at night, he always hunts at night, his prey don't even know he's there. his fur camouflages with many things that time, his agility allows him to hunt many prey very quickly. She knew that rogues were what her mother and father were, and they left her. But he seemed nice enough...Dovepaw trotted out from her hiding spot, the cold air blowing her short fur lightly. She hummed a lullaby to herself, as she looked at the moon. It was so pretty. It was full and it felt so close, Dovepaw could reach her paw out and touch it. Or maybe mix it around like mud!
