Hussle

Hussle raised an eyebrow. "I have, for the trinket, a fat rabbit, a shard of moonstone that you clan cats seem to love, and a jeweled collar, like the kittypets wear. It would look nice on that silver friend of yours." She mused, flicking her tail. The tom didn't seem to get he had just publicly embarrassed his pretty friend. Oh well, she thought, his loss.

SilverTune

SilverTune stormed through the woods. Why would WolfSong embarrass her like that? That was horrible. Getting into a fight over her! It was, it was just, well, i dont know, she huffed. Wrong. She hissed through her teeth.

WolfSong looked at the rogue surprised " A shard of Moonstone?" How did you even get that he was generally curious. " I'm impressed, most rogues don't know anything at all about StarClan or the Moonstone." He looked over expediently and then remembered that SilverTune had left, the anger he had felt earlier came back. " I don't understand! I was protecting her... So why did she leave?" He mewed softly his scared tail hit the ground sadly.

Hussle

Hussle nodded. "My father was a clan cat, starclan gave it to him to keep, and he gave it to me." She replied. At his next question, Hussle looked at Husker. Husker sighed and left, leaving the two alone. Hussle turned back to WolfSong. She shrugged. "You embarrassed her. You almost fought a stranger because he touched her. Are you two mates or something? If so, then i understand. If not, you seem kind of protective." She answered calmly.

"Why would you want to give away something your father gave you?" He mewed bewildered. " Were not mates but... but maybe if she hadn't acted like a scared kit than I wouldn't have had to act like that! It was obvious that she was uncomfortable and scared! I wasn't going to just sit by and let her feel that way." The grey warrior vented this was all way to stressful for him, if SilverTune had acted like a warrior instead of a defenseless kit than WolfSong wouldn't have stepped in at all.

Hussle laughed. "She wasn't being a kit. Its called being 'flattered'. She was flattered he took interest in her, is all." She chuckled, shaking her head. Such a young, naive tom. It was quite silly that he didn't see the way he acted.

WolfSong felt embarrassed, "Well how was I supposed to know... She acted like she was interested in me, I just thought" WolfSong trailed off laying down in front of the rogue. " What should I do?"

Hussle Shrugged. "apologize, i guess." She replied. "I dunno, never met her before. Kinda depends on the cat." She said. She flicked her tail. "Well, come back another day. Im too old for this drama." She said, padding back to her log home, leaving WolfSong alone.

WolfSong

WolfSong watched as the rogue padded away what a waste of time he thought to himself. Instead of heading back to camp the grey tom just laid there and closed his eyes for a long time. WolfSong opened to eyes to see that it was sun high, getting up he headed back to camp catching a two voles along the way. He walked into camp his head low, he dropped his voles on the fresh kill pile and sat just outside the camp his head on his paws.

EmberSky* warrior* Camp* WolfSong

EmberSky padded into camp with a few other cats they had just come back from a border patrol and the pretty cat felt tired. She went straight for the fresh-kill pile her stomach twisted in pain urging her to eat, she looked over the nicely stocked pile and took a vole hmm it was still warm she thought happily. Holding her head high she looked around the clearing and spotted WolfSong laying near the warriors den, she walked elegantly over to the handsome cat and laid beside him. " Did you fall into some fox dung again" She asked playfully taking a bite of her vole, the two warriors had been apprenticed at the same time often training an hunting together, they even received their warrior names together! So seeing him in such a sour mood was not acceptable. She had always adored the tom.

wolfSong hadn’t even noticed EmberSky approach or lay down next to him, but he was grateful for her company. His nose wrinkled in disgust at the memory of when he was an apprentice he had accidentally fallen in some fox dung and no one wanted to go near him except for EmberSky. “No it wasn’t...me and SilverTune got into a fight is all” the warrior shrugged. He watched as EmberSky ate and started to share tongues with his old friend.

SilverTune sat by the Warriors den, her expression annoyed, as she munched on a rabbit she had caught. Gotta eat, Maplepaw said so, she told herself. She sighed. Why must there be so much... Much... Drama!? It really made your head hurt.

EmberSky* warrior* Camp* WolfSong

EmberSky munched on her vole while WolfSong groomed her, she loved all the attention she was getting from the usually distant warrior. He had been spending all his time with SilverTune lately which made EmberSky a little jealous of the Silver cat why did he have to like her and not me? She thought finishing up her vole, she licked her muzzle then shared tongues with WolfSong it was warm outside with a nice breeze. It was the perfect day to relax the fresh kill pile is stocked and their was nothing to worry about.

WolfSong and EmberSky had been sharing tongues for a while now but soon the warrior got tired he looked to the pretty cat " I'm gonna take a nap in the warriors den" He said stretching and getting up, he had been laying a few tail lengths away but when he got to the entrance he saw SilverTune, he looked at her opening his mouth to say something but said nothing he went inside and laid down in his nest. Closing his yellow eyes he drifted into sleep.

With a half snort at Maplepaw's words, the plumy tom raised his head from the prey, nothing left but some crunched up bones and feathers. As unappealing as it was, it was food, and a meal was a blessing these days.
"I'm actually not partial to our feathered friends, name or not." His glare swiveled at the remains, and the mess.
"Flavor is ok, but too much effort in my opinion." With that, he made to run his tongue over his chest, removing the down and dirt that had clung to the silky strands. As he worked, he thought about her continued words, ears swiveling her direction to show his attention, even if his eyes were downcast and his posture closed off. It was a thought, cats leaving for a more comfortable life.

"I would hope Thunderclan cats would have more backbone than to turn kitty-pet over a hungry stomach." His gaze had returned upwards, sharp as he looked around at their den mates. A faintly passionate tone in his mew.
"It is a sign of our resilience, that we have survived leaf-bares and tragedy before. To give in without trying every option possible," He trailed off, fur suddenly hot. Maplepaw didn't need to hear his speech about loyalty and clan bonds. It was something she already seemed to know.

Shaking off the moment, he instead rose to his paws, making to dispose and bury the bird scraps, before turning with a raised tail to trot towards the entrance, making a mental note to grab some brambles on their way back. He had low expectations of bringing mouthfuls of prey. Once out of the camp, the prickle in his pelt relaxed some. There was a freshness to the terrain, an openness that let him breath. Sheltered, but free. It caused the tom to bat at a leaf as it fell, before realizing that was a bit of a kit-action, and promptly letting the foliage be.
"Leaf-fall is a peculiar time." He murmured, unable to resist the lure of the atmosphere, when the ground around them was littered in gold and red. It was pleasant, and the cool breeze and warm sun seemed to blow away his earlier stiffness, giving the tom a slight spring in his step. It was almost to quickly, the two-leg boarder came into view.

SilverTune didn't even bother to stick around if he DID try to say something. She got up and headed to the middle of camp. She laid on the grass. From the corner of her eye, she'd saw HawkFlight talking to Maplepaw. HawkFlight..., something about him just made her heart flutter, yet she didn't know why. Drama, she sighed. Curse it all.
