So here is my idea I'm just throwing out there.
It had finally happened. The unthinkable,America was in shambles after the nukr that wiped out ninty percent of the country hit humanity all bit parished. Cities that once stood hundreds of feet high now reduced to rubble.
But not all of the people were dead some survived horribly mutated but still alive.
