Edit: A golden dark countershaded base has been added, I understand if this causes some supports to be lost but found it imprudent to create another thread for it while it fit well enough here. Also changed the cloudy gold base's name to ornament officially. I promised myself no more base suggestions but this one stuck with me because I love how resins look, it's a little messy looking but you may understand once you see this;  That is frankincense resin, very gold and brown and mottled, could make a nice base, yes? Maybe, but I think it could make a nice gold event base. Frankincense Golden Countershaded Medium ???  Lineless Frankincense flux over onyx base Frankincense crumbing over onyx base Frankincense feline 3 over onyx base Frankincense speckles over onyx base =========================================== Bonus Bases Feel Free To Ignore Cranberry Red Countershaded Dark ??? I do think that the alternate pale inside cranberry version is a bit better than the normal cranberry, just because the points are so dark 0 players like this post! Like? |

Thanks for the supports. :D For comments pointing out specifics; Emilee - Yeahh, no green bases from me unless I make something very nice. Speckly gold is better. Rani - I actually considered making a comment on it about it maybe being only able to be breed during December by say...Skyward x Ebony or Sidereal x Ebony. But when trying to think of what other combos in the base group could be I kind of fell flat. Mewlin - Yeah I pretty much agree, then got a little crazy with the alternate versions. Okay im never usually a fan of gold but I'm honestly very impressed and pleased with Frankincese. I think its the speckles and the little dashes of brown. <3 Supporting! I also like Cranberry. 0 players like this post! Like? |

For the combo base idea, it could be a mix of bloodbourne and xanthic? :D The spatter/speckles from bloodbourne + the saturated colors of xanthic would make sense, I think o: 0 players like this post! Like? |

All sound fairly plausible as combos, although personally I would like to see it as an event base app. Get some goldens into circulation without needing to hope for random chance and all. That said, I'd be happy either way. If you guys don't mind me mixing and matching your suggestions for combos, maybe it could go something like: Group 1: Bloodbourne Demonic Unholy Celestial Group 2: Xanthic Topaz Blazing Sulphur This is sounding more October than December but nightmares sometimes happen before christmas, y'know? 0 players like this post! Whoah, seriously I'm your fan! You make such damn GORGEOUS bases, they're so utterly beautiful! I love the little details with spots and such a lot. I'd die to see them implemented and I usually hate golden! You should make more bases, or even markings!
