When you use a lab frog on your king to turn it to the alternative gender, it stays in the default lioness pose. Most people don't like this pose - (I personally don't mind it but prefer the adolescent)

I think it'd be a nice sweep of a change to allow these kings to be posed as good, snarky, evil, kind, neutral or jolly. I don't think it'd be too much of a difficult thing to do, with the inclusion of a new item.

I was thinking the item be something along the lines of a lab mouse / pinkie mouse / lab rat for 2-4 gb in oasis that'd only work on kings who have had a lab frog.

Piebalds are already compatible with the posed lionesses, and I think this would be a fun inclusion to add even MORE variety with kings!
