Yeah, they are not even remotely what I would call a good setup for a sanctuary. Shared it because it was cute, did some research and it becomes gradually less cute and more sad.

I'm not going to quite go on a rant, but I'll state my beliefs..

The more animals living together in one group, regardless of species, the more stressful, tensious, and unsafe it becomes. Lions and tigers don't go by homosapien love and respect. They're animals, and whilst of course aren't just mindless carnivores or the such, are wild, even if born into captivity and take residence in semi captivity. Domestication takes place over thousands of years, and you can't just hang around a feline, armed with teeth and claws, suited for the hunt, and when it acts aggressive, say 'oh, he just does that sometimes, it's fine.'

they aren't keeping smaller cats like cougars with tigers and lions, right? I can't find out if they are or not-

Before Leo had a mission go wrong and Avery made it clear he wasn't welcome around he used to help out with patients because his trance power was useful. He owns a club in downtown Denver, and has an apartment there too, so he was in the area, and Olivia put him to work after seeing what he could do.

She is the head of magic counseling for the Centre, basically her job is to help people learn to control natural born powers. She has a team (the people mentioned in the earlier post) who work where they are needed. Occasionally a situation can become dangerous with certain beings, which makes a power that can calm people useful.
