Now these Cowls are typically friendly though sometimes seclusive, there's a small chance you wont find one! No worries for a discounted price of 200sb you can walk again, but if you decide to leave this will remove your discount. This also applies if you simply want to walk again. (this forfeits your previously earned cowl.)
