Wave rider is an Ekais that loves the water. He is curious and always loves to learn more, although he has been pinched by a crab on more than one occasion trying to study it. Although the water is his favorite subject to learn more about new information of any kind is exciting to Wave rider. Wave rider tends to hang out near any tide pools he can find, hoping for interesting creatures or items to be caught as a tide recedes. Fading ash grew up in a rough territory. Though volcanic ash can be beneficial to the earth lava can be more harmful. Forced to leave a home full of beautiful ash and interesting sights, but harmful lava, Fading ash became an explorer and journeyed for a new home. She is very protective of what she deems her territory because of this past but like the ash that clung to her as she left, maybe this suspicion will fade with time and leave room for growth, like the ash when it meets rain, bringing forth new fertile life out of the husk of what had been. Look for fading ash if you want tips to get through life’s hardships or if you want to hear stories of far off lands.

Snowy night is a proud, and what some deem rightfully so Ekais. He normally only tends to come out at dusk, letting the light hit his antlers and show his ‘Magnificence’. Snowy night is very confident in himself and his gorgeous antlers and fur. Through all this though, snowy night is not airheaded he keeps a close eye for what needs to be done and makes sure where he inhibits is worthy of a Ekais like him. Nightmare cotton candy like many, had a huge rebellious phase, although she was convinced it wasn’t a phase. Going as far at first to be known as Nightmare, Fire, Death, and angrily adorable. After time Nightmare cotton candy has figured her self out and still is, she’s learned showing emotions like joy is not a vulnerability and now loves playing with the others. The other Ekais tend to try and mentor her and she is quite close to a few of them. Nightmare cotton candy will at times accompany Wave rider to play in the tide pools and help collect creatures, along with the occasional snack. She tends to annoy Morning sun as she’s the first out of bed and not too quiet. Let’s just hope she doesn’t decide her colors are just blush and bashful. Morning sun, despite her name is anything but a morning Ekais. She prefers to sleep and Monch on food. Morning sun is what you could call the queen of self care (and self indulgence). Despite all this she can be a good baby sitter, usually wrangling small Ekaises into a sleep pile. Although death by iris is much more proactive then morning sun the two can be good friends at times, mainly because morning sun loves sleeping with flowers and herbs around because of the scents. A couch potato with a heart of gold and a name full of irony, you can find morning sun napping in the suns warm rays most of the time. Talk to morning sun, if she’s awake, on tips to take care of yourself (maybe a bit too much).

Amethyst snow is a curious frequent flyer. He loves soaring high into the sky and looking at birds and clouds. His fascination with clouds began when his mother used to joke his flames looked like small Cirrus clouds. Amethyst snow has a love hate relationship with thunder storms, he loves how cool the lightning looks but hates that he can’t fly in them, all that wet fur can be a drag you know. He collects humans odd little trinkets such as weather vanes and those fragile thermometers. He finds these trinkets quite useful and interesting, albeit ‘what exactly is the purpose of a rubber duck’ is a question that will haunt him forever after he found one. Though midnight snow and amethyst snow live near eachother amethyst snow is often annoyed by his gloating. If you want to see amethyst snow, if he isn’t flying he’ll be curled up high in a mountain cave, surrounded by his collections and trinkets. Talk to amethyst if you want to know about meteorology, want to complain about midnight snow or are as enamored with the funky little creatures human are.

Death by Iris despite her dark name is a calm, logical and contemplative Ekais. Her and Aurora often get along although the two do not see eachother as often as they would like to. Death by Iris fills her time by using her long hairs to help pollinate the flowers which she studies and to help tend the forest. She knows well the effect that mistreating even the smallest part of an eco system can affect the entire chain. She strives to be a link in this chain, helping to bind flower, oak, lion, deer and Ekais together in a beautiful harmony and balance. You can find Death by Iris resting near or in flower beds, their sweet scents a comfort to her. Seek this Ekais if you want to learn about botany and balance.

Much like the amazing lights he is named after, Aurora is a Ekais of nothing but the highest nobility. Aurora will often spend time gazing at the stars and moon at night, and wonders what purpose, if any we have. he tries to keep peace between other Ekais when he can and come to a noble and logical agreement. Aurora, although noble, is very superstitious and takes comets, shooting stars and changes in the moon, such as a blood moon, as omens. If you want to have a chat about life’s relevance, what is truly important to accomplish in this life or the stars and the impact they have, Aurora is the Ekais you seek.

Koi Pond, an energetic Ekais, is excitable and curious. He loves bright colors, koi fish, and berries. Koi fish, which share part of his name, are about the only thing that can keep him preoccupied for long pieces of time, their patterns and elegance are mesmerizing to him. When others ask about his odd coloring Koi pond will often joke that all the berries he messed with when he was younger stained his regular, and extra fur. Keep a watch out for him to make sure you don’t get knocked over by this energetic fellow.

Cattails, an explorer of an Ekais loves the feeling and smell of mud and boggy land beneath his paws. He loves watching dragonflies as they whip past and seeing frogs jump from lilypad to lilypad. True to his name Cattails heart rests in lands wetter, and muddier than most. Cattails loves to look at new wetlands plants and birds, he also loves seeing new muddy, muddy sights. to this Ekais mud masks aren't a luxury they are a necessity, though the mud tends to dry and crack on his antlers. Cattails is a bit of an introvert and anemones boisterous spirit can tend to mess with him at times. He's learned to pacify the pastel beast find shiny stuff hidden in sand and mud. if you want to know the intricacies of the small things, talk to Cattails.

Name: Anemone
Anemone is a playful and curious Ekais, she loves the beach and ocean, although when not near coral or colorful fish she sticks out like a sore thumb. She prefers to call her antlers her own personal coral, with no water included. One pet peeve of hers is her name, Anemone, being heard as 'An enemy'. It is advised to not call her this on purpose, since although shes light hearted and kind, you might have a cranky ekais for a little. Besides this its not easy to make her mad, on the other hand if shes not mad, without meaning it anemone can be annoyingly clingy and persistent. cattails has learned that giving her shiny items can keep her occupied. anemone is excited to have lots of hatch-lings so she can have many small ekaises to play with. Because of this anemone can be an albeit easily distracted but good nanny. If you want to speak about enjoying life and loving others (if a bit too much) go to An enemy! Desc: Labradotite is a proud and hoarding Ekais. He gained his name from his mother who hoarded gems near her nest when he was just an egg. After he was born, one of his favorite stones around was labradorite from which he gained his name. When he left his nest and family his mother gifted him a labradorite pendant which he keeps on him at all times, either on his paws, antlers or around his neck. Because of his upbringing Labradorite has a proud personality and he views himself as one of the biggest cheeses around or 'shiniest stones'.
