I am going to keep this short and simple.

You know how when you're mass breeding and you use items with some of the lionesses and nothing with the rest of them. But after you have breed them you no longer know what you used on them unless you wrote it down in like their bio section or change their names to match the items you used.

I proposed after we have nested the lioness. Along with the
Nesting notification it could also show you the list of items you used on her. This will reduce you having to change names and make foot notes all the time.

Notifaction would look like this:

This lioness is pregnant! She will give birth in 3 real life days. She has been bred to [Kings Name and ID]. She has a nest and will give birth safely. She cannot hunt while nesting. Items used on her:
*GMO cow
*Buffalo Scrotum
*Cotten Root Bark
