Why Do We Need It?:
Imagine this; you are a huge Melanism Fan. Your king is one, but sadly you learn he can't naturally pass his mutation. You don't have a female mela to use a Scrote on, so your king can't have Mela babies D:
But, with this item you can! It is just like using a Lion Scrote on a female, but it is used on a male! The Lion Scrote and Lioness Ovary don't stack (due to popular demand on this thread)

Suggestions for the suggestion:

Maybe make it work as Piebald.
Once used (once per rollover maybe? But 1 use worth) make it so the passing rate of the king equals the passing rate of primal/piebald

Example:
Let's say Primal/Piebald have a 20% chance of passing.
If you use the item on your king and the next breeding will have a 20% chance of producing a mutation similar to the king's.

The item is a 1 breeding per rollover, per account.
Could be sent to studs like Buffalo Scrotum if you want someone's mutation on the cub.

Wouldn't work with Pie/primal or hybrids.
