Blue puts a paw into the water to try and get the shiny object, it seems to be a lot farther down than he originally thought. Now his whole leg is in the water and he can barely touch the shiny thing, if shifts a little bit and he can get it out of the water then just as the object is almost out of the water he completely falls in. He's soaked and pissed but hey, he got the shiny thing. He gets out of the water shakes off and is still really wet. He huffs, grabs the leaf and refills it to make sure the water is cool. He sets down the water and examines the shiny object, it appears to be an Aging Crystal! He drops it into the water and carries them both back to Lucid and the pup. Lucid accepts your apology gift and the thorn is safely taken out of the pup's paw. Java looks around, he sees the river, a forest in the distance and a small clearing not too far away. The clearing is where raccoons and weasels bring the things they've stolen to hide them, the forest is the perfect place to find food or things humans have left behind and the river might have other Otterdogs swimming in it. The thought of finding more Otterdogs to join his Romp excites Java, he starts running down the hill towards the river and trips over his big paws, he rolls half way down the hill. When he finally stops rolling he stops a hill of dirt. It looks like another animal has buried something there. What does he do? A. Ignore the Pile B. He leaves the pile alone and carefully walks the rest of the way down the hill. Once he reaches the river the he doesn't really notice anything special. He sees a turtle but it's not very interesting because it's just a turtle. He walks around a bit more and finds a salmon that a bear must have left behind. It seems okay to eat. Eat the Fish? A. He continues along the river and hears a loud splashing noise along with barking, the barks seem to be coming from a group of Otterdogs. You walk a little farther and see a group of five Otterdogs, a larger female, and a bunch of pups all looking very different so that can't be siblings. You slowly wade into the water and all the pups start splashing their way towards you. They are barking up a storm and you see the female slowly swimming behind them, she greets you with a friendly bark. Once she reaches you both of you swim back to the shore and watch the pups play. She explains to you that they have all been abandoned by their parents or their parents have been captured by poachers. So the pups are looking for new homes. Maybe you can convince one to join you.
