Are you like me? Do you completely avoid playing Whack-A-Snake because you NEVER win? Or maybe you're discouraged by how hard it is to actually win? Even still, maybe you're frustrated because all of the good decors are impossible to get?

Yeah, I know, I know. Some people are REALLY good at WAS. For the most part, though, I've noticed most people.. well.. suck! Myself included! Here's what I suggest:
{one or more of these listed options implemented to the existing Whack a Snake game}

1. Lowering the threshold for obtaining WAS prizes.
Currently, you win a small prize if you can manage to score 100-400 points, with many prizes easily purchased in branches or even Monkey Business for 100SB or less. If you can manage to click your mouse onto one of the fiendish critters over ==FIVE HUNDRED TIMES==, you have a *chance* of winning one of over 35 decor. The amount the threshold would be lowered by can be determined by staff, or by player statistics (how often are people actually getting 500+ points?).
2. Removing some decor/background prizes from WAS and adding them to Cups, Reptile Roundup, or SS.
This would lower the drive to play WAS and raise it for the other 3 games, which is a downside. However, the previously impossible to obtain decors and backgrounds can now be won!
3. Increasing the time that the snake and monkey remain on-screen.
The snake and monkey are clickable without losing a life for a decent amount of time, but doing this upwards of 500 times can mess with your head, especially since the 'click time slot' shortens as you go.

===Before you vote, consider these!===
-mobile players NEVER have access to Whack-A-Snake, leaving them out of any opportunity to even TRY to win a prize.
-increasing the odds of getting a prize (whether through option 1 or 2) will add more of the near-impossible-to-find decors to the markets. As it stands, only the players who A. have access to the game, B. can get 400 points or more on the game, and C. have actually won a decor from the game can own and/or sell these decors. Yes, lowering the point threshold will only benefit these players, but it WILL allow more players to win, and will hopefully also encourage the sales of the decors to the best players

This suggestion is in no way meant to jab at the creators of the game, but to point out that, 'hey! We want this feature to change, please!'. If you don't support, let me know why! I think this would benefit more players than not, and at the VERY least it would get those impossible to find decors into the markets more. By implementing one or more of the suggested changes to WAS, this not only allows for ALL players to have access to the prizes (whether by market or winning on their own), but it restores playability (and dare I say tolerance?) for the extremely difficult game.

EDIT:
I support this, but also have another suggestion - while personally I don't have much of a problem click-wise hitting the 500 mark, my main problem is the vines that Murphy hides behind. If they were lifted just a bit, it would make him easier to hit, and easier to keep lives. I don't know how many lives I've lost when I've clicked him four times and still not actually smacked him -Wyndy [Pearl]#12183

This suggestion has 298 supports and 11 NO supports.

I'll TOTALLY add that Wyndy! Honestly, that frustrates me to no end. It makes the whole game that much more complicated.

The game is so simple in theory, but no one's winning, so it's time for change!

I don't support.
I might be biased here, because I actually am good at WAS and get the 500 score no problem. I'm usually to lazy to get the 1000 for the BG, but I can get that too if I want.

That out of the way, let me tell you why I actualy don't want it to be easier. :)
I suck at RR. It's impossible for me to get more than maybe 20 points in that agme, I find it insanely difficult, more so than WAS by far. I will never have a chance at any of the prizes from that game, except from trade.
But I don't want it to be made easier. I suck at it, but that's ok. That's great.
I like it that these games are difficult, I like it that not everyone can excell at all of them.
Everyone has their own skills and weakpoints and I think it's nice to be rewarded for the stuff you are good at.
If all the games are made easier, we migth as well hand out free decor on a daily basis

For me, the whole point of, the incentive for playing WAS is that not everyone can get the best tier rewards.
Simply put, it's fun being good at something.
And I imagine the RR-pros are pretty proud of themselves as well and enjoy being good at it.

I wouldn't mind moving some of the decor to lower tiers, but please still keep some good stuff for the higher ones, maybe even add a few higher tiers. The gap between 500 and 1000 is huge and why does it end at 1000?
I want a 1500 tier and a 2000 tier, because right now there is no real incentive to play past 1000.

I think games should be allowed to be difficult and that there should be rewards for getting insanely high scores.

Also, there doesn't seem to be much interests in WAS decor anyway, no one ever buys it or offers on it, so idk.

I understand where you're coming from.

As it stands, though, over 160 people do agree that the decor are too hard to get. Those who have them don't sell them reasonably, either. Can't tell you how long I've been trying to find a fair-priced Black Lemur or Leucistic Ball Python decor You're allowed to have your own opinion, though! I respect that.

Ideally, the number of lives and the prize thresholds would both be lowered. I'm good at the game too, but I get bored after 100 or so because it's not a dynamic game or anything. :-/

I cant even play WAS properly, because I have no other choice than to use the mouse attached to the computer instead of tabletop mouse and the game lags like hell every time I try to play it. It is very unresponsive and i can click the monkey in plain sight many times without any results. So i support, so maybe one day I might have a chance to get any prizes from this game

I support this but not moving the prizes to other games, specially not to roundup, I hate that game.

I like whack-a-Snake, and I'm good at it. Yes it gets tedious, but if it were easier it wouldn't be as rewarding and rewards would be less valuable. Don't take that from those of us who are good at it. And not everything on the internet needs to be oriented toward mobile devices (incidentally, how on earth do you play Reptile Roundup on mobile?).

Another game that *is* oriented toward mobile would be fine. It could be equally challenging in its way and offer the same prizes even. It'd be nice to see more games. Prizes for Liomemo would be nice too.

The spirit behind this could be applied to anything that's difficult to acheive. Shall we lower the prices of Gold Beetles because some people can't afford them? Free mutations for those who really want them but have no luck? Whack-a-Snake is fine as is.

Great suggestion, I use mobile 90% of the time and it's a shame I can't play. One thing that bothers me a lot? The vines on the right. No matter how much I click the snake when it's behind them I can never smack it. I end up losing many lives and if I do get to 100 points I only get an ostrich egg. The game needs to be more fair.

I just want the snake to stop hiding behind vines so you can't hit him even after clicking 8 times in different spots.

I really wish they would lower the threshold for the more rare prizes. Not because I want it to be easy, but because it actually hurts my hand to play even once and get above 500.. I really think that the game could be revamped, or even completely reskinned at this point.

Moving the vines up a bit would make hitting the snake much more touch friendly, and that's easier playing for me too because I can use both hands for that! Definitely supporting some sort of change to the game.

My problem is definitely the vines, sometimes it seems just impossible to actually hit murphy when he's behind them even If I actually should have and the game just isn't registering it.

Personal pet peeve and why I don't really play Whack a Snake: it's too freaking LOUD.
