So I was thinking, that having a spirit animal bond could enhance the skills between the two. Say one had a wolf (like mine) - the bond between the two would enhance the skills both possess, like pack mentality, hunting and fighting. The two would be more like one and inseparable - like one being harmed would harm the other. Like, no matter what the animal, the have a fierce bond to the other. This is just an idea. IT wouldn't allow for any misuse of the other because without the other, they don't have the enhanced skills if apart for more than a set amount of time.

Just an idea - I'm not trying to change the way you have set things. If you don't like the idea, it's totally cool.

I'd be fine with them sharing skills and having a similar personality due to their connection but the whole "if one is hurt the other feels their pain" thing is too far-fetched. That would mean it's kind of one mind split between two bodys that controls them both, not really two separate entities.

Also I fixed my character sheet.. I was going to add in 'other' and had it in my mind* and then I forgot about it within two seconds and moved on -.- I really hate my brain sometimes.

so do spirit animals that would normally live short lives live as long as their human? or would they die off and the human wouldnt have a spirit animal?

Sooo - Question: What has been decided on my idea? I know many people liked it. I don't want to say something between Oblivion and Apple and to realize it wasn't okay that way . . . I'm terrible at phrasing what goes on in my head, so if anything sounds weird, just let me know.

I think everyone liked the fierce bond between them and the similar characteristics but they are still two separate entities.
