Ok, so get this- a mutation like bobbed tail, BUT ITS POOFY. The poof would be the mane color and would show up at birth as “Bobbed Tail” but change to “Poof Tail” (Or Pom Pom, idk) when the lion turns into a teen! Imagine cute lil fluffbutt lions! Adorable!

EDIT 2: Since a poof tail would be a variation of a bobbed tail, maybe it would have a chance of appearing when you claim the Wenet’s relative? Bc bunnies have poofy tails! Also, like a 50/50 chance of a bobbed tail growing out to have long fur would be fun!


EDIT: It would be a variation of bobbed with a 50% chance of happening when your adol ages up. It’d be something to look forward to if you saw your new Cub was bobbed, you’d never know if it was poofy or not until they grew up. Who doesn’t like surprises?
