Essentially, the Blackest Black would be based on the paint of the same name, however, it wouldn't be 000000, but perhaps a very dark shade of blue (so black it's blue?) - or even the same shade of the Melanistic mutation.







I'm thinking, that given the properties of the real-life paint, perhaps Blackest Black as a base, could be craftable OR an Oasis item.
Note: In the examples, I simply took a color off of a black panther
