Yasss!!! I love this idea! Maybe a lower percentage to die though? Or a greater chance for the cubs to have it? So that the mutation won't be rare to have without having the lions be immortal? Supported! ^^ 0 players like this post! Like? |

Full support! I'm really fond of the mutations with little art change. I suggest adding random flavor texts, like there is with the deaf mutation, that give it more flavor. Perhaps some texts about the lion getting wounded and being unable to stop the bleeding for a long time. Given the life of a wild lion, I think that a rather moderate risk of death is reasonable. With claws, hooves, and all other sorts of things pointing at you, you're bound to get an injury you can't bounce back from. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Another idea, the mutation could be shown as special scars on a lion, or blood dripping from it or something idk. Maybe...bruises? 0 players like this post! Like? |

Thank you guys, these are some awesome Ideas! I really like the Special Scars Idea! It could be an exclusive scar that only a lion with Hemophilia can get, it can be removed of course though! Flavor Text is also awesome, I'd need help thinking of some though 0 players like this post! Like? |

I don't think it would show up as a newborn IMMEDIATELY. Maybe a day or 2 after birth, you know, once the cub starts getting up & moving & such. You can't really hurt yourself if you're just laying there & drinking from mom, you know? 0 players like this post! Like? |

@Sweet - I'll add that! I was mostly going by human standards, since some births are rough. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I'm not against it, but I find that I would have a problem if my lioness could die at pretty much any point short of just existing as a trophy, practically no hunting/breeding since it could possibly kill my lioness. Being unable to hunt or be kinged, I could live with, but not so much the rest. Will keep an eye on the forum maybe I can be swayed in favor, but currently not so much 0 players like this post! @Integra - I understand completely, I wanted it to be like the actual disease, but I also don't want it to be fatal. I know I'll have to compromise somewhere, thank you for your input and don't be afraid to share if you think of any ideas! 0 players like this post! Like? |

@Pheo - Sure! Hemophilia is when your blood doesn't clot so when you get injured you keep bleeding until you get intervention or your body does it naturally (which takes forever), didn't think I'd need to add it but I'll happily do so! 0 players like this post! Like? |

I say that the lionesses effected should, if they bleed out after birth, allow the cubs to still be born and placed immediately under protection of a brood mother. Otherwise people will get upset about paying for a studding fee (which can be as high as 45 gb) that was completely wasted on the mother bleeding out. Very good idea though! @Maple Yeah, I saw someone suggested an idea that if you have a NCL have cubs and don't want the lioness you should be able to transfer the cubs to another nursing lioness or a broodmother and if both of these ideas get accepted that would be great, it would fit perfectly 0 players like this post!
