As a small suggestion in Badgertail's case, would it work out better if his genes were more diluted? An f5+ Chausie could still have the unique black grizzled coat, but is also far enough removed from the Jungle cat that they'd be behaviorally more similar to domestic cats. Also likely to be closer in size. It's also worth noting male Chausies below an f4-f5 are usually sterile.

Edit: Nvm I just saw they're going to change the breed lol. Let's just consider this interesting Chausie facts for anyone who's curious.

I'm at a dilemma, I want to board and train (residential train) my dogs bc I'm scared they aren't well mannered enough for apartment life (I plan on moving to my own place and don't want a bunch of noise complaints) My first issue is that, My dogs have never been w/o me for longwer than like 3 days, and the residential programs are 2 weeks and 4 weeks, all that time I wont be there (full time student w a part time job so I don't really have time in my schedule to be there to train)
Second dilemma, I don't know which program to go w/ the 2 week teaches as follows:
Sit
Down
Long Sit (Sit stays for over 30 feet)
Long Down (Down stays for over 30 feet)
Heel on leash
Come when called
Crate training
Basic house manners
Exercise five times daily
Pictures emailed to you every four days illustrating training progression and exercise time
1-1.5 hour handler course teaching you the basic and advanced training techniques we used while training your pal
A Tutorial Reference video is included for each client
A written routine to follow to help ease the transition back into your home

Four week program teaches:
Sit
Down
Long Sit (Sit stays for over 80 feet)
Long Down (Down stays for over 80 feet)
Agility (Boardwalk, Hurdle, A-Frame, Tire Jump, Pause Tables)
Introduction to off-leash heel
On-leash heel

So I have my older dog, she's a mutt that I love to death but isn't show worthy, My other dog is a puppy still- purebred peke and I'd like to show him. So should I go w/ the two week for my girl and the four week for my boy? or just go ham at one or the other? Ugh! I know I care too much for my puppers but I just want the best for them!!! ;-;
