no i'm not calling it double penis you shits Idea 1: Has somewhere from a 1-15% (coder's discretion) chance of ignoring fertility, like an unreliable black stallion. Idea 2: Guarantees more than 1 cub per litter. (If too OP, perhaps 50-70% chance to be more than one cub?) This seems a little OP, but consider: -It can't pass naturally. There is no lion scrote for males. As such, it would not take over the market because it would be a natural mutie. -There are very few male AMPs compared to the females. -Male cubs are currently EXTREMELY undesired. This would provide a bit of a boost for our unfortunate sons! If you have any other suggestions/nerfs/boosts, let me know! If you're here to suggest double penis i'm gonna strangle you -------------- OTHER THREADS BASES/MARKINGS: Combo: Daybreak Combo: Tarnish Combo: RosΓ© Combo: Woodland Marking: Nimravus Toes (OLD) GAME FUNCTION: Stud Blurbs In Search Pregancy Pose Item Pick Main Lion's Pronouns Explore Encounter: Quest Snake Male AMP: Potent (OLD) <--- You are here NCL Exclusive Pose (OLD) Title: Shitty (OLD) Please do not bring back/bump suggestion threads of mine that aren't on this list without permission! |

no support because it's not called double penis >:(( no in all seriousness, I love this! the fact that it's a mutation is awesome as it totally cuts out the issues with making breeding primals, pies etc easier! love it. ![]() |

I'm mostly wondering what the physiological explanation for this would be, since every single mutation we have so far is physical in some way. ![]() |

@bennet it would have no lineart change, similar to DU. It would just be that his sperm is exceptionally fertile! ![]() |

The only study I'm able to come up with that backs this is the one done that shows that males with darker manes tend to have reduced fertility versus males with lighter manes. From what I'm told, it has something to do with thermoregulation of the body being impacted and making it harder to maintain the golden zone for peak sperm health in a male. Which means it isn't a mutation but rather environmental. Furthermore, the only way I could see this being implemented realistically in line with the rules Lioden's other mutations follow would be by making it a thing that only males with light manes can have. At that point, I worry if it'd affect the desire for dark mane kings. ![]() |

@Bennet I'm not sure if it has a real-world similarity other than the inverse of it (lower fert). Regardless, lioden isn't as strict on realism, so I thought I'd offer it anyways. ![]() |

Their mutations have always been based on real world mutations, is why I even brought this up. EDIT: Because I know someone will bring it up. Regarding primals and their variations, they're still based off/inspired by real but now extinct animals. ![]() Edited on 10/08/18 @ 15:25:41 by -:[ Κα΄Ι΄Ι΄α΄α΄α΄ ]:- (#112370) |

Eh... I still think we could consider a mutation like this, esp considering the bases and markings we have lmao Also I want to own a double penis king //shot ![]() |

@Bennett the two dicks was entirely a joke, i compared it to DU in the main chat and they... ran off with it. The original intent was just some strong sperm which is a little unrealistic but better than double dick ![]() |

What if you breed a DU to that? Can double ute carry 12 cubs? ![]() ![]() |

I don't think this is necessary or a good idea. There's absolutely no reason to give kings any sort of muts that have breeding advantages (passable male muts like primal and pie are fine, since they're wholly aesthetic) There's already a huge struggle to get stud requests at all without horrifically lowballing your prices if your stud isn't a primal or piebald. If idea 2 is used, now why would you ever stud to a king without this mutie if you have a valuable lioness? If idea 1 is used, now players with this (likely expensive to obtain. And thus gonna be monopolized by the already rich) king have an energy advantage when it comes to collecting items and event currency in explore. The last thing I want to see is the rich be able to fulfill stud requests (gaining them currency) without the risk of it draining their energy. Now they've got even more energy to get even more currency to get even more items to sell for huge profit. The rich get richer and the poor get fucked. ![]() |

Angellus you were literally pitching a tantrum when they needed DU because you couldn't make as much money on it anymore. ![]() |

I, someone who doesn't even own a DU, and never has, disagree firmly with implementing a change to existing mechanics in a way that negatively impacts users who have spend time and (real and digital) currency on, yes. I would hardly say I "pitch[ed] a tanrum" about it, though. Regardless, this has no bearing on that fact that I had actual, legitimate concerns about the proposed mutation here. It also has exactly zero relation to the topic at hand, stay on topic please, and please stop trying to make your personal biases into a reason to dismiss logical arguments. ![]() |
