After a Radioactive explosion that came out of no where, the earth was almost completely destroyed. Though the planet itself remained intact, the surface was barren and dead, brown and grey with the ashes of former life. Very few survived. Those who did changed. They had to adapt, and so they did. Months after, a strange woman appeared, resembling a human, but had long, pointed ears, and claws sharp as blades. She built something. A sanctuary. A place that she said was safe, claiming those who chose to stay there would be well provided for. The building was surrounded by a large iron fence, reaching 10 feet tall, with barbed wire on the top. It had brick walls, layered with steel panels. A dome enclosed it, keeping out the toxic air out. Plants managed to grow there, in a courtyard. Grass shown on the ground, making it look welcoming. Soon, everyone who had survived found themselves there. But once the last of the survivors had arrived, the woman locked the doors, sent her machines who resembled humans as well, to guard the doors, patrol the halls. The sanctuary became a prison. What the survivors thought were rooms were cells, the doors locking automatically. Bars appeared on the windows, and the woman they thought was their friend became their dictator. The survivors were given schedules, forced into a routine. The ones who behaved were left alone. The troublemakers... they were punished. The woman, who called herself Miss Lulu, told them that the world outside her sanctuary was dead, and they would die as well if they left. But they never could fully believe her, as the dome that surrounded their prison, a barrier that they couldn't pass through, their only way to see the outside world, seemed to glitch sometimes, making it appear as if it were a screen, projecting an image that never seemed to move. You are one of those survivors. Your mission? To escape and see if the world is truly as dead as Miss Lulu makes it out to be. Will you behave and be quiet, or stand up against your oppressors? We shall see.

-Character sheets are to be posted only on the character sheet thread. You will receive a pm from me if your character is accepted.
-Hate the character, not the player
-Romance is allowed, but keep it appropriate
-Put your favorite animal in the "Other" section if you read the rules.
-You are allowed one power, but only one. Telepathy is not allowed, neither is telekineses. If your power is shapeshifting, it must be restricted to one category, such as felines.
-Only two characters per person, unless i've given you permission to have more. You cannot have a romance between your own characters, but they may be related.
-No powerplaying
-Keep gory details to a minimum. Fade to black if you must.
-Be nice. everyone here has feelings, and bullying is not ok.
-I will be playing as Miss Lulu, so do not powerplay the character unless you have permission from me.
