⟶ you must pay beforehand so that i can ensure that i don't get ripped off. i have before, and i am really trying to prevent it from happening again.
⟶ if you want a refund before i finish your drawing, don't hesitate to let me know, but after i give you your art, i won't give refunds.
⟶ generally it's first come first serve here, but i may prioritize quicker pieces over weekdays, and alot time for more time-consuming pieces on the weekends.
