It's pretty easy to explain, really. The admins of the clan have a function on the clan hoard page (probably at the top right by the rules) where they can toggle certain items that they don't want players to donate to the hoard. For example:

1. Admin toggles off African Cucumbers
2. Player selects African Cucumbers and tries to donate it to the hoard
3. Player gets a red notification saying that this item(s) are blocked from being put into the hoard.

WHY?
Because most clans don't want their hoard heaped with junk. It would help bring more helpful items to the table and put less stress on admins who have to pick out junk items one by one.

Admins have the ability to take multiple items from the hoard at a time. Kind of like personal hoards, where you can select the whole page. Just an idea!
