hi! its me, back at it again with oversaturated bases that no one likes <3 <3

ive always loved the idea of a blue base that isnt bright light arctic or glacial (which, you tell me whether or not i succeeded), and since i recently figured out how to actually used xy’s psds, i decided to try my hand at mockups again!

game integration ideas:
i was thinking a raffle base, like orchid?

possible names:
flood, tide, oceanic, seafloor, riptide, polar

suggestions:
- possible desaturation/greenification (x2)
- mix to create less of a siamese look
