I've never really been interested in Combo bases. In fact, a case could be made that I dislike them, however I found myself really liking Temporal, half considering breeding for it, and then finding out it was month exclusive. Which is no big deal, after all the month isn't quite over.

However I was a bit disappointed to learn that outside of the month, they can only be bred between two Temporals. Same thing for Pulsar. Doesn't anyone think that's a bit....needlessly hard? I'd compare it to the Kimanjano nerf, only you CAN pass Kiman in that case even if one parent isn't a Kimanjano...

I feel like it would make much more sense if month exclusive bases could be bred back to their components. That is to say, in November you could breed a Temporal to a Bast or Unholy or Sunset and possibly get a Temporal, however breeding a Temporal from scratch (Bast/Unholy or Sunset/Unholy) would not be possible. It's not like Bast, Unholy, or Sunset lions are readily available and even if they are, they tend to be fairly pricey or have some drawback to them if they're not (i.e recently bred, which means the buyer must wait 2/3 of a month before even attempting a Temporal breeding, which will likely fail anyway).

I don't know. This trend for Combo bases goes right past challenging and lands smack into "asking for too much" territory if you ask me and we should kill it in it's crib.

Adding that special criteria on the wiki in the meantime would be nice to...
